The thing that is supposedly bad for you about milk is the sugar that can potentially be allergic and cause gut problems like lactose. You should try out this milk called Fair Life. They have varieties like whole milk 2% or fat free. It's lactose free, low carb, and ultra filtered for high protein. They also have protein shakes called Fair Life nutrition plan and the chocolate flavor tastes just like chocolate milk.
