Really like the way you present the videos. Short and crisp but with all the important information 👍

Thank you so much! I'm working on a new video, I promise. We've just been busy building a barn, and this next video I'm tackling a subject that requires a fair amount of research that I want to make sure that I get right.

Isn't it basically live a healthy life?
Eat healthy, exercise, do not do really dumb things like smoke, alcohol, drugs, sugar etc..
    Sleep, relaxation, stress management etc.
Basically the opposite to how most Westerner's live.

In many ways, it really is that simple. It''s sad that we need a doctor to tell us that. Bredesen's wife practices functional medicine, which generally takes a holistic approach to health problems. She told him as he started his research journey that he's probably find that Alzheimer's was the result of diet, stress, and lifestyle. She was right.
One of the biggest challenges is providing people with an environment that supports these lifestyle approaches. Unfortunately, people can get offended if you don't eat their sugary treats, so it's often helpful to be able to say, "oh, my doctor says I can't have that." Then it's not you being the mean one. But as I've seen, even with the materialist science explaining the "how and why" things are happening, people still don't want to make the change for themselves of their loved ones.

Here we go, another person with an opinion about the facts. In reality this program is the only one that is working for many including myself. There is living proof it works as there is also thousands upon thousands of scientific evidence that lifestyle matters.

Hi Sue. I am going to be starting my mother on this because of so many other people I've sought out who've had great results. So thank you for sharing your good news. It is encouraging. I am happy to hear that it has been working for you. I am so grateful for a program that spells out exactly what to do because even though what a lot of it comes down to is diet and physical and mental activity, supplements, and more, it is pretty strict and a HUGE lifestyle change for the average person. Help and guidance is so important. There will always be people out there who want to talk about how worthless a thing is no matter how many people may be helped by something. You just keep on doing you. Very best of luck.

Could Dr. Bredesen be crowd funded by those affected and others? If the "authorities" won't help, we the people have to take charge.

The good news is that it looks like in the last month they did a proof of concept trial, which is a step in the right direction to getting a full clinical trial.
