I have dry skin and completely love the new formula. It's so smooth on my skin and never dries my skin out.

I have tried using the old version of this cleanser before and my skin got so dry and irritated esp my cheeks. The cleanser I have always been using is Cetaphil but my skin has become more mature and so I am thinking of switching to milk cleansers. I just ordered isntree yam root milk cleanser. Btw I have dry sensitive skin.

I personally don't like the new formula and the new bottle. It leaks all the time, then the product that spills while it's closed is jelly like. I think bacteria went in mine and now doesn't work for my skin which sucks cause this was my fav cleanser. ;_;

I love the old formula and honestly didn't noticed the difference but this cleanser really is the best I have ever tried. Ive been using it for almost 4years now
