Its been a while since I’ve used this but I’ve been through at least a dozen bottles since 02. I received tons of compliments over the years. This scent drives women crazy!
Some people have claimed that this perfume has been reformulated multiple times and isn’t nearly as good as it was back in the day. Is this your experience too? If so, is there anything in particular about it that has changed over the years?
I sprayed this on my arm and came back an hour and bought it. At high temps, the spiciness comes out. It develops nicely. Where I live, the normal temperature is around 90-100 degrees. It is the only freshie I've found that lasts a work day.
i used to wear this a bunch years ago. There is one called L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Fraiche which is hard to find now but its a more modern take on the original but it lasts ages and is gorgeous. I only have a 75ml bottle and i'm looking high up and low down to find another.

Apply to perfectly clean skin or it just won't last. All Issey Miyake's are delicate and will die on sweaty skin or chlorine and such.
Really powerful at least 5 hours if not use a touch of moisturiser with it
Good review. Nice designer cheapie that is still relevant. I've always felt this would've ended up being waaaay more popular in the US if the original Acqua De Gio EDT hadn't come into being.
ADG today is not the same as it was originally, and compared more closely to this. They really could've been brothers if not at least cousins.
I consider them to be the same situations and scenarios myself, nice/casual+ attire and warmer weather.

@@PRScents agreed. Though I smelled ADG EDT from a recent sampler within the last month, and it's fairly floral now. I was pretty heartbroken after it was one of the ones I grew up on.
Get your hands on Nior Argent. That stuff is 🔥. I still like the OG too.

Did you ever end up testing it this summer? How’s the performance on you? I know in other videos you say that you often struggle to get scents to perform. I feel a bit the same way.
