Scout the greatest hardtail ever, I love it
Thanks! I have been in a time crunch since I made the video, so I haven't got to experience it on the trails. I still have to dial the fork in, cut the bars, and convert it to tubeless. I think that it's gonna be a fun bike! I'm camping and riding at Jake's Rocks, Pa this weekend, and might take it along as is to try it out.

Thanks for watching, Aero! I use absolute black oval chainrings on two of my other bikes and like them. I'm happy that this bike has the means to install a bash guard. My fat bike is a Cannondale, and I have a Santa Cruz tallboy. Neither of those have the bracket for a bash guard.

Thanks Rhys! I actually haven't been able to get much time on the Nukeproof since I got it. I hope to get out more on it soon. I have been extremely busy with my regular job and projects around the house, which I hope to get caught up on soon.

Thanks! I didn't know that! It should be a pretty good dropper then. I got to ride mine since I made this video, and it is a really fun bike to ride! Easy to throw around and hugs the tight berms nicely.

Great bike I got myself one May of 2020 290 size medium
I only got to ride mine a few times before winter came, but it seems really fun. It's a little too new yet to take it out in the winter slop, so I am riding the fat bike until better weather comes. Thanks for watching!

I wish that I had more time to get out on it. I bought it almost a year ago, and only had it on the trails twice. It was a fun ride, but I have so much busy work outside of my job. I haven't converted it to tubeless yet, so it was pretty bouncy with the pressures that I was running. I'm getting caught up on the projects, so hopefully more videos on the Scout soon.

@@themostlymikeshow2582 yeah nukeproof is part of chain reaction group. Never had a problem with them. They always take returns and process a refund.
I had a frame around 1 year and got refund no problem
I wanted to buy another scout frame but they're not in stock in UK so I bought banshee paradox V3 instead
Question...How does the reach on this feel to you? Would you say it's poppy and playful? Have fun riding!
Hi Shledder! Yes, it's very playful. I haven't ridden it a lot yet, because I still need to trim the bars down and convert it to tubeless. It is very much like my Santa Cruz Tallboy's geometry but a hardtail. I will post updates in the future. Thanks for watching!

Purchased the exact same bike in February. Did your front 7120 caliper come directly mounted to your fork? Mine shipped with an adapter installed and it toasted a set of pads and my rotor. Trying to get it all settled currently.
I'm not sure, Silverhaze. I will have to look. I have been so busy with work and working on the new bike shop that I haven't been able to get much riding in. I will check when I get home and let you know. Are you talking about the spacer adapter for a larger rotor? What happened that caused it to toast the pads and rotor?
@@themostlymikeshow2582 Thank you. It was working so badly that I was in the process of upgrading to a 203mm. But all the adapters I bought did not line up. Turns out the Fox Rhythm 36 is 180mm native post mount not 160mm.
I just got home and checked mine. The caliper was direct mounted to the fox 36 Fork. My rear caliper has an adapter. It is Shimano number sm-ma-f180p/p2. I looked through my spare parts, and have that same adapter brand new in the package, and they have it listed for the front. I think the f before the 180 designates front or rear. I looked that number up on Amazon and read the reviews. The very first review under that number of adapter is the guy stating that it can be used on either front or rear. But in your case, that adapter is probably what caused the rotor and pads to go bad. There is yet another part number which I do not know for the 203 mm adapter. I hope this helps. Can you do me a favor and let me know how they resolve this issue for you? Thanks!

How tall are you? Looking to buy 2021 model. And im between the sizes (177cm and 83 inseam). Trying to get some hints how different sizes works for everyone.
I am about 82 inseam and 177 tall. This size of frame seems perfect for me. It is slightly longer reach, but it works out good for my height. I hope this helps you with your decision!

I found it on Ebay. I bought it about an hour after the guy put it up. I couldn't order a new one from anywhere. Are you looking to get one? I was looking at these and the Santa Cruz Chameleons, if I couldn't get a scout. I liked the military green on the scouts.

I hope that you will have luck locating a frame or bike. I had searched all of the places that they could be ordered from, and they were all sold out indefinitely last year because of the pandemic. I then got the idea to do a search on eBay for "Nukeproof Scout 275". Months had gone by and I had actually forgotten about adding that to my saved searches until I received the notification for this one. I wish you luck on your search!

Everytime o get the notification that its back in stock by the time I get to the website to order one its out again lol
I had to think about what CRC stood for. I only ordered from them one time, but was really impressed by how fast their shipping to the USA was.
