First Snowfall in Baku || January 15 2024

The first snow in Baku this year. I went out for a little walk down the highway of Badamdar settlement to take a picture from far and show you the Caspian Sea shore where oil derricks and pumping machines once stood on this side. And this bridge road was once built by German prisoners after the war. Now the sidewalk is hidden under a layer of asphalt. In Badamdard lived mainly oilmen and engineers of oil fields. Badamdar settlement is the highest point above sea level of Baku city.
