Love your travels, Love Croatia been there 5 times in Motorhome in the spring but going in September this year. What time of year were you there ? Keep the video coming
Love the scenery and campsites. On the subject of of grounding out the towbar the rear of the kontiki is a heck of a design failure by swift, having said that there are a lot of large motorhomes across the spectrum that suffer the same without even a towbar.
Hi Just found your channel. Very professional. We have a Motorhome and probably the best thing we have bought so I know why you enjoy it so much. Not driven it to Croatia but I do drive down there in a car about once a year as we have bought a place on Vis. Ferry from Split if you are interested. No campsite that I am aware of but plenty of free parking. Very beautiful island and much cheaper than Hvar or Brac. Used for filming Mama Mia 11. Enjoy Croatia !
Guys I really like the new Kon-Tiki and I'm close to ordering the 884 here in New Zealand but I just noticed in the toilet there are 3 floor levels, 2 small steps in front of the toilet but hardly big enough to stand on and a possible hazard when you step back from the basin, especially for guests who are not used to it. Wondering if your 874 is the same, if so, would love to hear your thoughts and experience with this. It seems like a design stuff up to me in an otherwise beautiful van.
Loving the trip, we are heading there next week, I got a revolut card as I seen you had 1, is it not cost effective as the monzo? Excited to see where you are next 👍
I think a day or two in Dubrovnik is o.k. The walk around the walls is a must for the views although its not cheap. We have the same problem with our Autotrail Chieftain.....the towbar has quickly become our warning sound when accessing places 🤔 Seems like the trade off for extra room is the massive overhang....it is what it is 😉
