Blood tests, including the pancreas, are fine, as well as the stool analysis, only it has a lower number of probiotics. I add probiotics to his feed daily and he still vomits. When I add FAMOSAN, he doesn't vomit, but I can't give it for his whole life. The vet no longer knows why it is and recommended checking my stomach during anesthesia. I'm afraid of the examination and I don't know if it's the right thing to do. I think the problem is somewhere in the pancreas, but I don't know how to find out what happened in my dog's body and how to help him not to vomit for the rest of his life. I feed HILL'S brand pellets
