Mike, just a thought, but when I use a different colored string for each interweave like you do here, I scatter where I start around the knot, which makes it easier for me to bury the ends. like I said just my opinion , but it works for me so it might work for someone else too. While you were explaining where the bights nest on either end of the pineapple knot I was hoping you’d go on to say the differences on Type I, Type II, and Type III pineapples.
Good video, clear instructions, my question is - Is there a rule or calculation (formula) to work out the width of lace (cord) to size of collar, to number of passes?
