When my seedlings go leggy I lift them out of the compost and try to plant them deeper. It is a fiddly job and it is difficult to not break the stem. You could always sow some fresh seeds to germinate as a back up, I've done that quite a bit this season.
🥰Excellent germination. You can put a fan on leggy seedlings and it will help strengthen the roots. With tomatoes, you already know that the stem can be planted deep or the root laid down sideways, so leggy doesn't matter so much with tomatoes.
