Thank you Robin for all your recipes. I am going to try this! I have totally upped my game and really enjoy cooking along side you. You are blessed to have run a family restaurant. I love your taco seasoning and put it into everything now! Aloha, from the 50th state.
I don't have a pressure cooker but I'm going to definitely do this in a crock pot. It looks soooo good! I've been looking for a good stew recipe because winter is looming up here in North Dakota! Brrrrr this is the perfect comfort food. Thank you so much!!
This looks amazing! Can’t wait to make! Love all your recipes and my kids really enjoy them! Do you have one for the Mexican meatballs albóndigas? If so please share!
Thank you! I don't have a recipe for the Mexican meatballs albondigas but I will look into it! Thanks for your support! Glad to hear your kids enjoy my recipes!
I like a little thicker stew, so i would add a cornstarch slurry to thicken up the sauce/liquid. I think it will help with presentation, since it won't be as watery. If you had a stalk or two of celery for some fiber might be good.
I'll definitely try this... stovetop. I never heard of stew on mashed potatoes and you got me wanting to eat some because I already know you're a fabulous cook 😘 ...out the udder?...so bad Miss Robin 🤓
Thank you Byron! As far as the gluten free spaghetti, are you looking for using spaghetti squash or zoodles or a rice based noodle or quinoa? Have a great day!
I would like to turn this into a chicken stew using chopped up chicken breast. Do you think that would work? I have an instant pot I would use different spices.
@@RockinRobinCooks That’s the great thing about learning to cook. Lots of options and creative swaps for individual preferences and using what you have on hand. I’ve been stuck in a corporate hotel with a minimal kitchen for a few months following a family emergency and boy have I had to think outside the box! It’s been a fun challenge (most of the time). Watching you for years has been very helpful!
Love this cooking series every time, Chef Robin!😋 Wonder what the next episode will be like though. Can't wait to see! It would be great if you could check your inbox by the way. We've sent you an email!😍
The spices in the video don’t match the ones given in the recipe I just noticed. Mine is in the cooker with the spices listed in recipe. No brown sugar and no chili powder. I’ll let you know how it is.

Robin, your beef stew is just absolute perfection. I need to find ingredients for the perfect gluten free spaghetti.

@@RockinRobinCooks I was thinking quinoa .

Hi Diana, I think it would work fine. I would probably reduce the cooking time in half. Let me know how it turns out!
No bay leaves?
Curious…why chicken broth and not beef?
It's what I had! And it works.
