My kids would still tell me they’re bored 🤣🤣👌🏻
Word
Mine wouldn't; he'd simply sit on the computer and game all day😂
The-Honest-Momx3 Then your prob just boring 🤷♂️
You must've done a shit job raising them
Throw them in the deep end & you'll never hear complaining again 😇
The water bill alone must coast as much as a regular house
That’s the first thing I thought 😂
I assume the water would be recycled on site meaning he would have only had to pay for the first lot of water and it would get filtered every cycle so he wouldn't have to pay for more
evaporation and "erosion"
I was thinking too ...
▪property taxes??
▪dusting the place??
▪keeping that pool clean??
▪air conditioning ... think of the monthly electricity bill!!!
▪updating worn curtains and draperies, furniture, etc ... decor looks beautiful now but must be renewed on rotating basis just to keep up with it
▪would have to work full time at maintaining this place and have no life (or THIS is the extent of your life, a gorgeous prison), OR
▪have as many people working here a resort would employ just to handle it all, THEN have employee situations and drama, and remember this is your personal home, not a resort, so strangers are around your personal life, family, and things ALL THE TIME
▪and this place is making no money back for you like a resort would; it is just a huge spectacular money pit
▪what happens when things start showing wear, the pavings outside break down, landscaping gets overgrown?? Who is going to keep up with repairs and maintaining? Would have to have a service employed full time
▪bet it's time for a roof replacement by now ... can you imagine???
I can see why no one lives here. Too much to handle and it consumes life. Too much. I am glad I am free and not tied down. Anyone would have plenty of space to store their stuff however! Haha, a gorgeous storage unit.
Susan Sauls a billionaire owns it and I’m sure if they don’t live in it, they probably rent it out. All the things you pin pointed are people who couldn’t afford it problems. Just being honest.
When you drive by the home it seems like it goes on forever. Great property!!! Lots and lots of detail in the home and landscape.
Water bill high as hell, no way I'm running all that, them slides would be dusty and full of leaves 😂😂 😂😂😂 😂 😂😂😂😂😂
... not better than my 750sq foot apt. featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, eat in kitchen, tiny outdoor balcony, and 1 covered parking space. Laundry room in conveniently located in the building next door. lol
Hey its all relative
aj curtis 1,800 a month? Lol
How much?
Sounds depressing
They should rent it for like parties and baby showers , etc..
Alyssa Arce that would probably cost around 100k a day
Some expensive baby
@ Saul Goodman it would be a good interest to the company or the sales person that is in charge of that place and technically both the sales person and the buyer will both be satisfied sales person earning money and the buyers enjoying and giving the mansion a good rate for others to know the place and at least a whole day or a vacation as well it could refer to a dream place like Paris perhaps :) to people
Alyssa Arce rich people don’t rent out their properties they don’t need too
Funny how people who don't know anything about being rich act like they are the authority on it.
I would never leave the house if I lived there...
I never leave my house anyways
Gotta reup sometimes..i kid i kid🙄
That water bill would bring me to tears
I will live in a house like that one day.
Oh my gosh! That big rock(s) / waterfall / slide and lazy river probably costed $5,000,000+ to build.
One of the most nicest homes I have ever seen Only 24ML damn it’s definitely worth it Dak should buy it.
happens frequently. Chateau Cocomar and Champ d'Or (mega mansions also in the French chateau style and also in Texas both sold for around 10 million each). I havent looked it up but I imagine this will sell MUCH under asking.
@@justinwilliams7290 in California that are $300 million home
I like warterpark and movies theater.
They should post it on Airbnb I would definitely stay there for a vacation
Very Beautiful luxury mansion home 🏰 ❤️🏰👍😎👍🏰l like it❤❤🏰🏰🏰🏰
At $875 a SQ FT it's just over 32M STEEL if that house was in SO CA IT WOULD BE OVER 75M 1500 TO 2000 a sq ft..EASY..
It's also in a relatively dull city on the edge of the plains, couple hundred miles from the nearest coast in a state known for high property taxes and utilities. So there might some trade offs.
"This home has it all." Okay, so where is the snoezelen room? Can't have a mansion without a snoezelen room!
What’s a snoezelen room?
@@PhilipBarron Google it.
The city should buy this for a public pool and public fun house for underprivileged kids.
Moody Gardens along with the actual issue of going to Home Depot and buying the actual electrical and gas power having power as well as solar power no different than the water line being apart of hydropower so dealing with the three-stage integration system of electricity not ever worrying about power so then the home is self-sufficient not only with water but with power
This place is amazing coolest place ever
Who’s here from mrbeast?
おい笑える
me bro
Is this his house?
this looks like the house in the Blank Space video!!
I wish I knew the monthly landscape maintenance cost
Wow it's only 32 million! Yeah ONLY. I may get that in a few years if its still for sale. Lol
Cj so cool crib a bit smaller but have a bit of the adventures this one have
I never understood why anyone would want everything at home. I would become so bored. I enjoy leaving the house to do activities.
1:42 - 1:46 Why does it sound like he is rapping along to the background music?
As a fellow Texan I can tell you the one problem. It’s in Dallas.
I keep calling to ask if they'll take a personal check, but no call back.
😂
Only 4 guest bedtroms?
If it’s so great (I think it’s hideous....is there a true interior designer in Tx?)....why is it for sale?
I'm driving by tomorrow.
Iam buying it tomorrow after i cash the megamilion ticket
A minimalist/millennial nightmare.
this is Sunny from team 10s house
New yorkers , arn' t u jealous,ha ha! Dam, i would never ever leave that place if i lived there. Its magnificant!
Better than Disney Land but not Disney World.
2:31 all those bedrooms and the kids still gotta share 1 room
One of my best friends was actually in real estate so I took on the book and learned real estate as well as Investments within also real estate Design Within because I was in diesel mechanics I also learned the issue a building but then Blueprinting Blueprinting learning blueprinting
Isn’t this Richard Maloufs home?
Nice hotel
Yep, that's not pretentious what so ever :P Unique, but complete excess...
Nothing Succeeds Like Excess- Oscar Wilde
@JADEGATETIGRESS Love OW!!
Does it have pool
Waterpark missed this place up. As well as the attached home.
You better not say you bored for the next three days.
IMO, too much house on a relatively small lot, the neighbors look absolutely within spitting distance. The person who did that house literally went for the "resort park" feel, I mean a lazy river? It's your house you can be lazy anywhere. It looks like it would be an excellent party central type of house for kids and what not... but hopefully those are just drop offs because there isn't enough room to park that many people, and I'm guessing if that is really a "billionaires row" type of place there's no street parking.
Also wish people would stop show casing personal touches as benefits to the home, ok fine if you wanted a tennis court this great but how many want that? ditto with basketball court, game room, 2 home theaters? I'd say this has a very limited group of people who would be interested in it, and I'm not talking due to money.
Mike B actually most people do want tennis courts, movie theaters, bowling alleys, etc. get out from under your rock and start living in 2018
That’s Sunny Moulouf’s house
Ping pong AND air hockey!?!
Better than disneyland ...
I don’t think so OOF
I may become ing a Dallas resident soon
Did the original family have like 6 to 8 kids?
I will never understand why ppl build gigantic houses like that with only 4, 5, 6 bedrooms. Not me !!!
Spectacular ❤️
Hide & seek w all the cousins 🔥
If I bought that, I'd have the water park taken out, after 2 years. That's where all the upkeep is, plus I can't even swim, anyway. Would save alot of money, after getting rid of it
Light bill alone is prob 10k a month.
I used to live in Dallas
I drove past this house last week, if you know you know
there could be an intruder living somewhere in ur home and u wouldn't find out for weeks lol
More like years!!! Lol
You would have to hire some very good security for that job. LoL.
Lmfao 🤣 k fine your comment won 😂

😂😂😭
Hilarious! 😂😂😂
Tanja LoveYA Ha! The perfect conversation between my mother and little sister!
$24M is actually not a bad price for what you get. You'll find homes in Northern Virginia for the same price and don't offer half of what this place does. Granted it's Texas. But let's forget the price of the home, and let's look into property tax, upkeep/maintenance, etc. The mortgage on this place isn't the issue, it's everything else that it comes with lol. Beautiful estate nonetheless.
Wouldn't it make you sick to know it sold for 9 million and was put back on the market for 19 million just a few months back!
Nikki B ouch!
@@nikkib5753 9 mill? Fuckin steal
Only multi-millionaire can offered this shit not even the highest selling rapper rite now could afford it
24mil would be a 5k sq foot home on the beach in California not to mention the property tax is probably twice as high here...
This house in california will at least cost 700 million.
Facts
nah the land is just as expensive as it is in california it is in preston hollow in dallas
Well, Dallas has shitty to none scenic anything.
@@loganbryan5311 That's what people don't understand. Yeah, you get a better price on a home but you still have to live in Texas. I'll take California all day.
Logan Bryan clearly you’ve never been there you f*cking twat
This is what happens when a lottery winner goes to a NO MONEY DOWN REAL ESTATE SEMINAR drunk.
lol that's funny
P Evans 😆 maybe but I bet if someone said Evans this house is yours you would be there quicker than the Flash
1mezion no you know people don't really live in these houses right? It's just a place to park your cash.
1mezion if someone gave me that house I'd prob scrap it. That house might sell once every 10 years if there lucky. But the property tax while waiting will make someone loose a lot of money.
Why not be the exception to the rule, and actually dwell in and enjoy this fine residence? One needn't follow the trend to "Buy and Hold" such a property. Why not Live a Little?!
I don’t even have enough friends for all this. Texas houses are cheaper and taxes are low. Texas would be the best place to get this.
Not true. Property taxes here are outrageous.
Majority of taxes are low but property taxes is insane expensive
Your dumb! Taxes in Texas are crazy!
According to Zillow In 2018 they paid $518,848 in property tax 😬 and on top of that the house is $32million dollars
Buy this house and you'll have friends you never even knew about.
You'll get lost in this house
Literally
property taxes in texas will blow your mind, 2.4-2.8% . Thats 576k - 672k per year just on prop. tax alone.
😂😂😂but we don't have income tax. So if someone's a billionaire and buys this house they could literally spend a million dollars a year in upkeep and taxes for the next 999 years.
You also have to realize that there are states with higher property taxes. And the rate is 1.8% in most counties, we dont have income tax and we have the strongest economy out of any state. We carry the country in oil & natural gas which is a trillion dollar enterprise. Between the farms and livestock , we also have the largest semiconductor in the western hemisphere in Austin, companies are moving here because with no income tax employees get paid more. There's only federal income tax. The tech giants are moving to Austin. Google ,Apple ,Dell, Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Samsung, IBM, HP, are already in Austin. It's the fastest growing state for a reason.
Yeah let's ignore the 500 degree 300% humidity 11 months out of the year. That AC bill alone... Man oh man.
@@ReglazeRX - Texas doesn't stay hot 11 months. The hottest months are July and August.
@@garrettk123 that'll be the main reason why Texas flips to democratic state which is absolutely terrifying, with the Democrats in control of both California and Texas well be a one party Country, very much like what China has they just have the party not good
Okay so spread my ashes here when I die so I can haunt the place and that way it’ll be all mine. Cause that’s the only way I could live here lmaoo.
Aimee Mariee Hernandez LOL
Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance.....the bigger the house, the more the luxury....the more to fix and continual maintaining. Nice to look at and visit.
If you have cats, you'll never find them until the maid finds a skeleton one day. also, the "master suite" and "spacious kitchen" are incredibly undersized for such a large property.
Didn't see a Jiu Jitsu mat or a pool deep enough to scuba in. So, it doesn't have EVERYTHING.
deadmeat bluebelt bjj no rock climbing wall either. Knock a million off the asking price
Where's the strip club and shooting range? It doesn't have everything you can get in Texas
because it's in a gated community with top security.
@@erikarocksthenation1 nah it still needs a strip club, that's a deal breaker for me

Brianna Kyles it’s not a party house
No, it is truly a family home.
What do you mean it is party season tell me answer what about think you me you r professional doctor and we have all your show Dr swati
Isn’t this the dentist’s house that was doing some shady business practices?
It wasn’t a dentist I think it was a dr out of Sherman that was busted don’t quote me though
Makes me wonder why all of the recreational “kid friendly” stuff was included in this mansion. 🤷🏻♀️
Yes, I was trying to think why I remembered that house.
yes it was, its pretty common for dentists/doctors to do this because their assets are protected when they buy nice houses
@@OfficialHayden No it was a dentist. He did Medicaid fraud by applying braces to kids who didn't really need them and just kept profiting
Extraordinary! What a wonderful place to host family reunions, perfect family estate!
It is massively ridiculous to have a house this big. I can guarantee you most of those rooms will not be used. They will be closed off collecting dust. The water bill utility bills are easily going to cost a few hundred thousand if not a few million a year. Now that's just plain stupid ridiculous and a waste of money.
I mean I liked the water park
And it would cost you over $30,000/day to rent it if it was for rent. Does your family have that kind of money to spend on a family reunion?
And the father committed medical fraud. Ahhhh, America!
True, this house is so ridiculous and over the top. An example of excess and greed.
Thanks UA-cam for reminding me that I can't afford this
It’s so inspiring driving past houses like this. Truly amazing
I have driven by this home numerous of times wo wondering what was behind it. Crazy. Now I know lol
So.....how much is the water bill???? electricity bill???? property taxes???? did you say roof repair for HOW MUCH???? housekeeping???? lawn cutting??? house insurance HOOOOOW MUCH???????? O M G
If you can afford this house I'm sure that's not an issue.
@@csfabricationllc2252….with this economy only Kylie Jenner can afford this by selling makeup n being so young billionaire
@@zulmakarnacha I can almost afford it and im 30, steel business has nothing on the make up im afraid. Your right.
@@csfabricationllc2252… hey there... the orginal owner that's more likely sold this HUUUUGE estate because he finally realized he cant pull money out of his *ss, unless of course he was Kylie Jenner... but if you want my opinion I seen more prettier n smaller homes than this. theres no point in having a severely huge house if you cannot enjoy it because you gotta be working all of your life to keep up with them bills. and selling steel vs makeup is more gratifying because you are constructing something for better use vs chemicals rubbed all over peoples face, which god knows what cancer chemicals it might have in them since Kylie doesn't care for health all she cares is fame n fortune like the rest of the money- fame hungry anarchist family

Oh BTW TD Jake's in another part of the DFW metroplex has a bowling alley in his house, too. Yes the Televangelist TDJakes. He makes contractors and subcontractors sign a gag order preventing them from going public with what he has in his house. A subcontractor was on a talk radio station in Dallas one day called in anonymously, and said you would not believe T D Jakes home. I hope there is a bathroom every ten feet because listening to that water park running all day would make me pee.
All you people talking negatively about a property you cannot afford in the first place. Sit down.
AMEN, AMEN!!
It has been my experience that the people who can least afford a thing or an experience often decry and poor-mouth said item or experience.
Don't get me wrong. Opinions are no less valid or more valid based on preference but are probably truer when one can actually afford a product, service or experience rather than one is simply chewing the fat an something he or she is not able to do anyway.
There is a certain luxury in having real options in life, but there is no accounting for tastes and sensibilities
JADEGATETIGRESS All bull shit. It is massively ridiculous to have a house this big. I can guarantee you most of those rooms will not be used. They will be closed off collecting dust. The water bill utility bills are easily going to cost a few hundred thousand if not a few million a year. Now that's just plain stupid ridiculous and a waste of money.
Raven Ghostly someone who has the money to afford this house will not see it as a waste of money. You’re looking at someone with a net worth of $50 mil +. This house is listed at $35mil, so no... I don’t think it’s a waste of money. Obviously I can’t afford it, but put yourself in rich shoes and dream a little. Not everyone wants a small dinky house
That's why people talk negatively about it, because they know they can't afford it! That's the point. It's unrealistic. Even the guy who built it couldn't afford it. He's in prison now. This kind of money and time it takes to manage it is just unreal. A person doesn't have the resources to handle it. Even if they have the money, they don't have the time. I'm wondering if Bill Gates could handle it and what kind of place he lives in🤔
@Mason Kufahl A net worth of $50M+ would not be enough, unless that person had that kind of income annually as well. You are not thinking about how much it takes to maintain it, or annual property taxes too.
The owner of this place scammed Medicare for dental practice - simply putting braces on any kid who walked in his office
The result : Insane money.
