Got a suggestion for your beverage struggles... at Sharetea in Fullerton yesterday (and there are other locations) I saw a nifty lil doohickey... it's a strap that goes around the cup and has a handle. I don't know whether they're adjustable but possible there's one online that is. A cupholder on handlebars might tend to jostle the beverage and potentially launch it out if you hit a bump, but if you had it swinging on a short fabric strap on your hand or wrist it would take the turbulence a bit better.
Anybody else go to the comments to see what people are saying about eating those shrimp tails??

Nope...your not alone. I just watched Adam's video on the filming locations. A reminder of someone who has serious attention to detail for a popular movie and its locations is was filmed at. You won't see that in "extras" on a DVD or Blu-Ray. It was nice to see his filming locations again.
The flora and fauna there is so beautiful and interesting! Love the palm trees, flowers, and sounds of the birds.
I've seen the movie countless times as I was growing up but now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever sat through and watched the movie in it's entirety.... Which is a shame because it's such a fantastic movie. I usually had to wait for it to air on TV and for the most part would get lucky from flipping through channels and landing on it. It's crazy to think about how the movie and TV industry has shaped us. I grew up in the 90s and early 2000s for the formidable years of my growing up and nowadays I don't even pay for television. As long as I have my Internet paid for and my UA-cam subscription I can be entertained for days on end with all the different content from all the different UA-cam creators. I have a Netflix subscription but I rarely even watch it or use it. Our generations growing up has very nostalgic connections to the movies, tv shows and music that shaped us. Thank you for sharing your creative journey with us of what it took to make that video of the filming locations. I have eaten at bubba Gump when I lived in the bay area and I do agree that the food isn't spectacular in anyway but the atmosphere and experience eating at the restaurant is an experience on it's own and usually comes along with the meal. Listening to you speak about your filming location journey and reminiscing on the whole project, I truly enjoyed watching this restaurant "location" video. You have so much passion in what you do and the heart you put into your work. You can really hear it in your voice and Im glad I got to hear about it and be taken along with you down memory lane.

Adam, that was a really touching Poignant vlog. This is why I love your content so much. Your not afraid to be you, wear the heart on the sleeve etc. This channel so deserves to hit a million, and I know others have used clickbait etc to do that. @@TheDailyWoo It's a great tie in! Forrest Gump is very nostalgic for me because it was the first film I saw in theaters. My whole family went and we loved it. At some point, my dad got my mom a Bubba Gump Shrimp hat that we still have around here somewhere. She recently passed away, but she was a big fan of your videos. She said she loved how down to earth and genuinely nice you seem in all your videos and how much effort you put into finding cool locations to share in your videos.

When you devoured that first shrimp, tail attached, I thought of the bird scene in the movie Paul, ha, ha! Interesting food quirk. I can't do it. Although, I will admit that I did try it once.
I LOVE tartar sauce! That looks so good! They have one in Long Beach. That's closer to me. I did see the first Bubba Gump in Monterey, but never ate there. I want to go back and take my grandkids. I LOVED THE AQUARIUM AND CANNERY ROW,AND THE TAFFY SHOP WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT KINDS IN THE BARRELS,YUM! Have you ever been to Hearst Castle Adam? Put that on your bucket list. It's amazing!

For some reason a sign reading “you never know what you’re going to get” in a restaurant is kinda disconcerting.

You passion and attention to detail in that Forrest Gump filming locations video really showed. It's honestly one of your finest works and I'm glad you took an opportunity to go back and visit it with us. That notebook you wrote in will always be a great "memento" (said in Adam the Woo voice).
Side note, there was a Bubba Gump's on the Big Island of Hawaii that my family used to go to to celebrate my Dad's birthday every year. It was special to us because we love the movie, but also because it was right along the ocean. It was a regular family tradition. Sadly, it closed for good a couple years ago. We managed to walk through it this past year on my dad's birthday and there were only a few identifiable marks left on the inside. You could still see the outline where the box of chocolates once sat permanently affixed to the bench and where Forrest's shoes were on the pavement. A lot of good memories. I'm happy to know the the franchise is special to you too.

Aaaaaand now I'm hungry. But I have to agree with you about connecting emotionally with movies. I had a professor in college that was a freaking genius. He coined "Cinema therapy " . It was my psychology class and may I say the best and most interesting and entertaining class I've ever taken. He was a Dr in psychology and used movies to reach people in therapy. He used movies they could relate to to break down barriers and start a plan for process of healing from there. Adam you truly have insight and the best vlogs on UA-cam.

It's crazy I moved from NY to California for four years and lived at Regency palms off Warner ave and worked at Arizona tile in Anaheim and took Katella everyday to work it's so crazy to see now since I moved back to NY in 2017 so these food videos and the surroundings are definitely bringing back memories lol. Good to hear you reminding us that due to the current situation people will have to wait for their food, some people still seem irritated that things haven't snapped back to normality; which they won't for a bit longer. I love sea food, I only eat the tails if they are breaded or battered so heavily that I forget they are there.
Movies do have a big impact on us emotionally, it's one of the reasons we rewatch the same movie again and again. Especially when we need a little bit of reassurance and emotional support when life gets difficult.
