It’s because you aren’t overthinking stuff during that attempt, you just let muscle memory and instinct guide you through it. If you play purely on reflexes, then I guarantee your responses are gonna be MUCH faster (only a split second, but it counts as a lot during fast-paced games). Usually it’s easier to do it if you go silent.

I beat chapter ones secret boss Took me around 5 days where I would randomly just do it every once in a while and after a while I started getting more consistent then one day I beat it and was so relieved

Bad Time Simulator isn't very accurate to the actual fight. It's pretty buggy in comparison. You're able to die in places you shouldn't be able to just because it bugged out a bit. And a genocide run is actually really easy. There's one other boss fight and the rest is just grinding for 2 hours.
This is the least polished final run I've seen, and I may that in a good way because it gives me hope that even with my coordination I may have a shot.
man you should really do the pacifist ruote, it is the best ending, if you dont know here is a quick tutorial: Do not kill anyone have a date with papyrus and make him your friend go to undyne's house AFTER the fight and make her your friend fight omega flowey again meet with undyne and get the letter deliver the letter to alphys have a date with alphys enter the secret lab and complete it then after all of this go to asgore and let the magic happen (im not gonna spoiler)

I was at my last attempt for the day on trying to beat sans and on the last attempt I beat him

Okay so personally, sans wasn't that hard for me. He took me 10 tries in total. Undyne on the other hand... SHE took 2 months.
Maybe it's because of the difficulty spike.
Undyne is definitely the more difficult of the two. She does a lot of damage, and you don't have near the hp.

Bad Monday simulator is basically just an upgraded sans fight with 3 phases that get harder and replace sans with garfield

Well it depends on the version on the game. On a keyboard yeah it's stupid easy once you know what to do. Whereas on consoles it's a lot harder.
