      If you bake churros po, it will be called cream puff, choux or eclair. Same po sila lahat

      @@Rashida961 ***Bake at 425 F/ 200 C for 10 minutes. Without opening the oven reduce the temperature to 325 F/150 C and bake in additional 20 to 22 minutes longer or until golden brown on top. :)

    Fave ko ang Don’s Spanish Churros. Una ko siyang natikman sa Tutuban then Glorietta. Crispy siya on the outside then super light and chewy on the inside. Anyway I’ll try to do this dahil lockdown haha maybe not as hard and crispy bec. my kids prefer the dewy type.

    You can also use this same batter to make cream puffs. Just pipe onto a tray and bake on high heat for 20mins + medium heat for 10mins, take out and slice a hole on the side, then bake on low for 10-1mins more. Leave the door slightly open then let it completely cool inside. When cooled down, pipe your preferred filling inside and coat with melted chocolate or caramel. This is recipe is Mexican churros btw (Spanish churros does not have eggs).

    I learned this method from Gemma with the hot chocolate sauce, you can add 1teaspoon of cornstarch into 2tablespoon of water and add to chocolate sauce mixture when you were still cooking them (but only after all the chocolate melted and everything well combined). Adding cornstarch mixture will help thickened the chocolate sauce and makes it look more like actually dipping sauce.

    tip: palamigin niyo muna yung dough bago ihalo yung eggs kasi baka maluto yung eggs kung masyado pang mainit yung dough, and isa-isa niyo din ihalo yung eggs para mas madali ma-incorporate sa dough

      Anong ginamit niyo pang halo pagka lagay ng egg?
      Mukhang di po siya magsasama sama pagkalagay ng egg pero continue lang po sa paghalo. Ilagay niyo po muna sa room temp. Bago ulit haluin para di kayo lalo mahirapan

    Natry ko na rin po sya sa wakas hehe. Ask ko lang po kung yung texture nung loob is parang hindi talaga luto? Ganon po ba talaga sya? Ganon po kinalabasan nung ginawa ko hehe. Pero masarap po sya, hindi gaanong matamis, sakto lang. ♥️♥️♥️

    Optional po ang milk? Pwede bang walang milk. If wala pong milk hindi po ba makaka apekto sa churros un? Nagtatry po kasi ako magluto ang problema po pag malaking nozzle tip yun ginagamit ko hindi po naluluto yun loob ng churros

    matagal na pla to pero ngyn ko lng napanood. may bago ako pangmerienda sa mga chikiting. may tanong lng po ako. nabanggit nyo ung sugar and cinnamon. melted po ba un na drizzle sa churros or powder na ibudbud? pede ba din ba xa drip sa choco syrup kpg nilgyan ng cinnamon/sugar mix? salamat po sa sagot.

    Di ko po kase alam if may natira pang batter mixture don sa piping bag and if kung ilan pa ang magagawa non..

      Lol no need to add cornstarch, bawasan lang yung milk or cream na nilagay para mas malapot at madikit yung chocolate

      Babawasan lng ng milk para mas malapot. Mas more on chocolate lng. Wala pong gumagawa ng ganyan na lalagyan ng cornstarch.

    Ate hindi naman lumapot un chocolate ko ang labnaw I think dapat 2/4 lng. Tapos hindi crispy un akin churros. Siguro need ko pa overnyt para tumigas. Pero masarap naman sya.

      Baka kulang pa po sa prito, yung chocolate po kapag mainit pa po ay talagang malabnaw siya pero once na lumamig ay mag thicken din

      If naka packaging agad pagka lamig ma preserve po kahit 3 days pero po ito po ay best sevre kapag bagong luto para po itong donut

    Try boiling with the water a sticking cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract as well. It betters the flavor profile

      Dutch'e po ang brand sa s.m supermarket/savemore meron po niyan nabibili 119 per 500 grams. Okay din po gamitin ang beryl's na brand sa mga baking store naman po meron non

      Depende po kapag makakapal po yung ginawa niyo katulad ng ginawa ko ang texture po niya sa loob ay parang sramble egg na maraming hollow, kapag maninipis po ang pagkaka pipe niyo itoasted niyo po ang pag prito para malutong pati loob po
