- My new favorite thing to do is fly my X5C with the Insta360 Go 2 attached. One of the down falls is you can't see what you're shooting exactly and that's why I turned the quad during the sunset. My bad! I'm having way too much fun during these flights! Hope you enjoy and don't sweat the technique!

I actually bought one because of your videos and I've been having trouble getting it in the air. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Motor 4 only spins up briefly and then stops. Do you need to flash the ESCs? I tried calibrating the motors.
@@ChrisWalshTech i have not heard of that issue with that quad from anyone. The only thing I had to do is update the pids to the suugested HappyModel settings.

It doesn't spin up...acts like it wants to go but then like the ESC resets or something? Bad motor maybe?
Cool stuff! Why don’t you mount a basic all-in-one FPV camera on it so you fly with analog goggles? I do that with my X5C sometimes. Even 25mw will do for flying round the park.
I’ve thought about it but there is a nostalgia factor for flying the X5c LOS that I really enjoy.
@@ChrisWalshTech Good point! Nothing like that good old-school X5C feeling. I bought myself five of those last time I was in China, to ensure I’m never fresh out of X5Cs for the foreseeable future 🤣
That's awesome! I'm still rocking the original! First quad I ever bought! Had to change out a few motors and countless props but it's still kicking!

I've tried a couple different things with foam. I think the problem is the rubber band has too much give. Need to try something else! Thanks for watching!
