Yes! I think some one was pretty close with 15150 on urf mode , search for 42k nasus stacks and their veigar had 15k with only 4 kills!
i can do that easily with shaco and yorick in urf mode :D

Lich bane does damage based on your amount of ap ;)
Quite a few patches ago riot made it so that ap champions do some magic damage to turrets based on the amount of ap you have. so a fully stacked veigar can do that. at around 1200 ap i can take out a turret in 4-6 basic attacks. add some earth dragons and a sorcery potion and you do TONS of damage to a turret. th lich bane of course helps with that.

actually it's not lichbane there's a passive where if half of your total AP is more than your total AD . 40% of your AP gets added to your auto attack to turrets.

For those wondering if Veigar can reach more than 80% CDR on W, answer is yes. The only video on my channel shows 94%, but it can approach 100% (as a limit value).

This is how powerful Veigar would be at the start of every game if those dirty summoners didn't keep resetting his power level just to keep things fair. Then again, if they didn't I would never get to play him. I suppose some compromises are worth it.
