Black pepper powder - 1tsp
Salt according to the taste
Chopped Coriander leaves
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Oil for fry koftas

Tomato - 4
Garlic - 8 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chili - 2
Cashew - 12-15 (Soaked in water before 15 min)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Hing (Asafoetida) - 2 pinch
Jeera (Cumin) - 1tsp
Onion (Finely Chopped) - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala - 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
Salt According to the taste

लहसुन - 8 लौंग
अदरक - 1 इंच
हरी मिर्च - 2
काजू - 12-15 (15 मिनट पहले पानी में भिगोए हुए)
तेल - 3 चम्मच
हींग - 2 चुटकी
जीरा - 1 चम्मच
प्याज (बारीक कटा हुआ) - 1
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
गरम मसाला - 1 चम्मच
किचन किंग मसाला - 1 बड़ा चम्मच
कसूरी मेथी - 1 बड़ा चम्मच
नमक स्वादानुसार
