Now I have to buy some of the banana split and limeade (yes, I didn't buy any for myself). It was great hearing your childhood memory when you are the limeade. And I haven't checked the other comments here but if no one mentioned it, and I'm sure you figure it out, the peel-back packaging is resealable. i really enjoy watching you just speak so spontaneously and casually. Its like when someone who has a really soothing voice and mannerisms is telling you a story and you don't want to say anything while they're talking and hope they won't make you respond because you just want to watch them. ASMR Angel Did you try them with milk? Dipping it in milk is part of the oreo process for me
I have since they video, feels odd, I'm used to dipping them in a hot drink

Charlotte, I wanted to let you know how your videos helped me in an unusual way. I had to have multiple sessions of IV medications over the past week. I get extremely nervous when the nurse goes to insert the needle, but this week I discovered I could relax and remain calm during the needle process, thanks to your videos!! Your videos help me better than any anxiety medication ever could! Besides just the asmr feelings and the help to sleep, you've truly helped me get over some tough bits of anxiety. So, with that being said, I can't thank you enough for your videos, and my only request is that you keep doing what you do.

Morrisons locally to us (North East) have Oreo doubles on offer at the moment- double cream centres, for 54p a packet. I spotted them today, thought you'd want to get down and grab some;)

lol, your analysis of an oreo is priceless. I work at a candy store and so suggest scraping away their inner cream center and add peanut butter mixed with a little 10x or powdered sugar. It's phenomenal! Their cream is cheaply made.

I don't like cookies or really any sugary food besides raw fruit nor am I a fan of the NYPD as a New Yorker myself. That being said I heard of this video through Rift's unboxing video and am so glad I did ASMR Angel nailed it great description of the cookies, cute relaxing voice, and those crinkle wrapper sounds so perfect.
This video was so entertaining and hilarious! Your struggle with the first Oreo package was real. The newer packaging is fancy, indeed...fancier than the "plain Jane" Oreos that I durbed down as a kid, too. Enjoy them while they last! Great response on the listening end, as well. Very relaxing. Thanks!!
Haha its great seeing someone get so excited over Oreos. They're always making whacky limited edition ones.
My mother would take oreos and grind them up into a "flour" as she put it and bake them into an icecream oreo cake! So good

one thing that I realized from watching this video, is that Americans call Oreos "Oreos", but the knock-off brand versions we just call "cookies" or "sandwich cookies". Also, I think those packages do keep the cookies fresh for a while, but I usually don't let them sit long enough to find out lol. The packages are really satisfying to open.
Well we call them Oreos because it's the brand and we associate their look with the brand
I wish the mint ones were available in major supermarkets instead of having to travel to the shopping centre to buy them from a US Sweet Shop.

There's 6 of us here and we usually buy 4 or 5 packs and stay up until 2am eating oreos and talking. Those cookies go within an hour lol. Sleepless Willow I think things like packaging goes unnoticed until someone points out how different it is, I can imagine the Canadians think milk in a bag is totally normal until someone points out that it's milk.........in a bag!
ASMR Angel i always look at people sideways when they tell me milk in a bag is weird haha.
I actually live close to the Yankee Candle headquarters in Massachusetts. The factory store is an amazing place! They have candles of all scents, a candy room, a large area set to look like a Christmas village with snow and Santa's workshop, a huge Bavarian castle, a toy store and a ton of other stuff! The wife and kids and I usually drive over there every autumn. Now I can't wait!
You mentioned Yankee Candle when you were describing the smell of the banana split Oreos. That is why I brought it up. ;-)

I'm from Northern CT so not too far away from you! Loveee Yankee Candle! Recently went to Kringle Candle as well, I must say that I prefer those candles a bit more but nothing compares to the Yankee Candle christmas section!

I've watched your videos for a while now and this and your pancake vid are my faves so far! Being American, I cracked up (and didn't have much of an ASMR experience but that's ok) watching you get so excited about a cookie that is an American staple. You've prob figured it out already, but: 1. Oreos don't usually last a week in American households; they're gobbled up quickly. 2. All you have to do is rip the package where it says 'lift' and pull the "bits" that are safety tabs, and then re-seal with the sticky edges around the top. 3. NEVER eat an Oreo w/o milk. Btw, Oreo changes out flavors seasonally and they have lots of limited edition cookies. I am now a subscriber to your channel. Keep up the good work!!!

Loved this!! Thank-you! I am mad about anything liquorice too. Liquorice biscuits never even entered my head and when you mentioned it thought it was brilliant idea and typed it into google. Different recipes for liquorice cookies actually came up!! Time to get baking. :)

Asmr I think really is most effective when done subtly, and not when its forced into the mic like a lot of asmr artists out there. Your voice and the gentle movement of the different materials does it really well :) must be the accent too.

I have always thought that our (UK) format for dd/mm/yy makes a lot more sense than the format that's used in North America, for the reasons that you mentioned.

This was the first ASMR video I´ve ever seen (and listened to). I remember I was just searching for some interesting unboxing videos and found this one full of interesting Oreos. At the begining I really didnt understand why this women is talking so quietly and doing everything slowly but I straight up liked it. I remember that being a child I really liked how for example clothes sellers were moving around jeans wrapped in plastic package, when they were looking for the correct size in this pile full of packed jeans, I loved it. I didnt know why but it just felt great. And thanks to this video I found out that this feeling actually has a name and I´ve been with Charlotte since then. Im also watching Ephemeral Rift sometimes but I found out that I really dont want to watch like 10 different ASMR creators. Maybe some LEGO ASMR from time to time cause Donna ASMR has some really awesome LEGO stuff. But all and all I find myself rather coming back to videos I like from Charlotte over and over again (like that christmas presents packing, the alcohol bottle sounds just gets me everytime, I cant even count how many times when I needed to work over midnight these videos just made me to relax, focus on them and forgot that Im tired). I know many people use ASMR to fall asleep better, but I really like them for work instead of music. Or rather to listem to them before I go to bed to get myself relaxed and to clear my mind after full day of work. Writing is my craft and its really great to go through text or to write something while having all these awesome stimulating sounds around. Getting ASMR is really something to be thankful about because nowadays when noises, stres and people are everywhere around you constantly, you really have to meditate almost everyday for couple of minutes to keep your mental health stable in a long term. And for me, having a moment with some ASMR does just that. Thank you Charlotte for your work, for your personality and for your ideas, Im pretty sure you are truly helping me to stay healthy and happy just by making your content. I now only wish to have cool and beautiful wife like you one day, hopefuly there is one more left somewhere :D.

You should petition viewers to send you some Girl Scout cookies once the season for them starts back up, and do a taste test of them! They have got to have around 10 varieties of cookies, so it could be quite an event... haha!
