Hi Hamna, I can see that...it can be frustrating if there is information overload or you're trying to do too many new things at the same time. It helps to break things down to more manageable sections. Focus on an area then once you have new routine and are hitting those goals, move on to another area. It can be helpful to also consider the following: what do you think is acting as a blocker to your success? Have you created a vision board, written down a clear plan with SMART goals over different time periods? Are you also using daily positive affirmations and taking daily action towards your goals by starting to work your way through the tasks you've set yourself? 💖 - Marisa Peer Team

I can't hypnotize myself when I'm tensed, therefore second one does not work for me 😀 Also, I found it hard to conduct any level of hypnosis while people are having hbp caused by the stress or are in extreme anxious cycles. I first think the way to make them accessible. But, what I also find, most of the people positively react to the thought of being exposed to the sunlight. Just that, direct sunlight in the amount that suits them in the moment. As the depression itself can be caused by the deficit of the vitamin D, it doesn't surprise that sunlight imagined, immediately do magical things in our mind. Because our mind does not care about the difference, if it's real Sun or not, it absorbs it right away. Anyone reading this, try it 🙂 just lots of sun to prepare for the hypnosis. Great video. I'm honestly glad to learn from her.
Yes, the tongue on the roof of the mouth! I forgot all about that. When I quit smoking for 10 months last year, I found myself naturally doing that often. I didn’t really know why I was doing it, and I didn’t do it on purpose! Now I know why, 😅. Thank you for all these reasons and tips for relaxing. 💐✨ 😌

Thank you so much, Marisa, for this reminder. You are a God sent saviour for my mental health and general wellness. I needed to hear this. I went out for a fun night with my friends this past weekend in a long while. It turned out wilder than I had expected. I was doing all the things moderately intoxicated young people do--shouting on top of my lungs, drinking liquor and wearing fewer clothes until the wee hours of the next day. And it gets cold in the early hours of the morning. I was in my high energy cycle and oblivious to it all. And now, those activities have been playing catch up with me. Since Sunday, the day after that night, I have been feeling intensely low. I almost thought I was falling into depression once again. I also felt ill--I had caught a cold. My body was giving me all the signs that my state of mind is not aligned. But, I have been fighting non-stop in my mind, saying to myself your statements of truth, "My body is a wellness producing machine. My immune system is strong it knows how to fight germs and bacteria. My mind is brilliant, dependable, and it fights for me. I am enough. I am a phenomenal coper." They made a significant difference in how I coped at that given moment--but the more I coughed and coughed, I got scared, and subliminally I was afraid that I might not get out of this energy cycle. And that all the progress I've achieved with the Bipolar condition so far will be for nought. That is why I am super grateful right now because after watching this compilation, I feel terrific already. I particularly love it when you suggest that I should never say that "I am sick", and that instead, I should say, "I am a little ill, but I'll be alright". And how you assure that if it is impermanent, it should never deter me. And lastly practising gratitude is remarkable. I say thank you to everything--good and otherwise. I take your teachings so seriously, Marisa, because they work--I see their positive significance in my life and life-situations every day. I am feeling a bit ill, and I am a bit tired from the weekend, but I will recover and go back to my high functioning, phenomenal self again. I am an incredible coper; I have exemplary coping skills.
