- The hot liquid candy is poured (oh boy, its heavy) onto the cooling table. While it's cooling, the coloring liquid is added. The coloring is cool and the liquid candy is hot, that's why it sizzles. Then once its cooled off even more, we cut the candy into pieces that are separated by color and begin to massage the different blobs. We take those colorful pieces of candy to the other table, the heated table. The heated table allows us to shape the candy so that we can make our designs, but if we take too long, the candy will crystalize!! Crystalized candy is terrible. That means its ruined! But you should watch this video to see how this candy ends..

I’m wondering about the temperature of the material when you handle it manually. I mean it’s liquid sugar and the water of the color boiled a few minutes earlier. I understand that the table has a temperature of 90°C thus I assume the candy material still has like 70-80°C? Your hands must be „well done“ in the evening… or do the rubber gloves keep the high temperatures away from the skin?

@@circlecityzombie a lot of people make a studio for their UA-cam channel. They have 3 million subs so it's obvious they make more money through the channel than from selling candy. Then why even bother; just make a batch throw it away then make again and repeat. They can make 20 videos in a day then do nothing for the rest of the month. They would be stupid to waste their time on selling candy when they have a 3 million subs channel.
