We save so much money by cutting our own hair. I have a trusty buzzer and some nice hair cutting scissors and have been cutting my boys hair for years and it saves us so much money 👍
@@bakerbrewz oh my gosh that’s such a great idea! I would be so nervous to cut my kids hair, but my husband has buzzed down our boys hair before.

These tips are super on point! As you were going through them I was like yup yup yup! Being a SAHM you start to become so aware of the things that you can do or make at home, eliminate, or find cheaper alternatives. But don’t cheap out on the skincare 😘 ❤️💕❤️ loved hearing your thoughts on this and it is really encouraging to hear another family with similar thinking!

This is such a good topic. I agree on the coffee at home. It saves so much and then it’s a nice treat every once and awhile when you go out. Eating out can also get so expensive we definitely limit our eating out to only once a month if we do it.
We’ve been going out to eat about once a week, but going out to eat once a month is definitely my goal! I know I really enjoy making coffee at home now. Sometimes I think it even taste better!😃
I stopped getting my nails and hair died. I miss it but can accept the high prices that it cost. I do go to a basic chain franchise to get my hair cut but the memories and living with in our means is the most important things in life to help raise our kids. 6:49

Great tips. I’d also add take advantage of your local library if you’re an avid reader instead of buy new books. And this is something I need to do myself.

Yep! We already talked about this but I don't get my nails done or buy make up anymore either!
I know getting your nails done is so expensive! It’s fun to get them done, but to maintain them gets a little pricey. ☺️🤗
I like your principles of quality over quantity and finding swaps to save money. Another video about specific products you love would be great and if the press on nails were a hit or a miss.

These were great tips, I think the take away is quality over quantity. I agree about getting nails done, I did it once and plan to again but it is expensive and my nails are still recovering from the last time I did almost two months ago now. I agree with having quick meals instead of take out. I'm trying so hard to do that even though we do get take out still here and there. ❤ great advice!
And I'm the same, naturally I've never really cared about getting all the things and having all the newest on trend clothing, makeup, items etc.

I love these tips! I drink coffee at home now too. It saves a ton of money. I online used bath and body works lotion. I have the app, so I save, get coupons and discounts, and never pay the regular price.
Making coffee at home is such a money saver! Plus now that I’ve been making my coffee at home I think it taste better too.😀
I know using coupons and never paying full price is definitely key! 💙
