I thought you weren't supposed to leave clothing or towels on the balcony due to threat of it blowing into the ocean.
Normally yeah when I leave clothes out there to dry I just use two beach towel clips and attach them to the chair
To add to your video, I always bring Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom. I also bring fabric refresher sprays in case you sweat a lot and don’t want to use the laundry service. A fabric refresher really helps.
Poo-pouri is a lifesaver. So is a portable nightlight! Harmony had that dim light, which worked great, but for going on Mariner, we definitely got a nightlight.
I'm a bald guy with a short beard, I use the three-in-one. Cringe away! 😂😂😂
I just got off of mariner last week, but sitting on the stool and rough waters with no room between the sink and the stool I banged my head a couple times lol
I love salt and breeze! If you know, you know
I use one of the closet hanger from a magnet to the shower ceiling. Can fit more items and put them out of the way when you are using the shower.
I bring those little LED tea lights as my night light
Get an Owners Suite or bigger and avoid all this BS.
Great hacks
The best bathroom hack is don't use the toilet in your stateroom if you can help it. There are always restrooms close by that you can go to unless it's an emergency.
I second this one! Much more spacious too.
That's ridiculous. You expose yourself to all the germs and organisms from dozens of passengers. Great way to get yourself sick.
On port days the bathrooms near the casino are the cleanest.
On sailing days, choose one the is away from an event.
WTF? no
In all seriousness, you don’t use your stateroom bathroom?
On a recent cruise we had a motion detected battery light and it worked great. We didn’t need to turn on the bathroom light at night and didn’t disturb each other
Good hacks. Personally, I quite like the Salt + Breeze body wash. I do bring my own shampoo and conditioner.
Btw - 96 days until Explorer OTS!
Funny you showed Fructis shampoo. That’s what I brought on my very first cruise. Now I am taken right back to the ship whenever I smell it!
You can request complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner from your cabin steward if you don’t want the 3 in 1 product they provide. Of course, you can use the bar soap they provide at the sink for showering, if it’s not too harsh for your skin.
Pro tip: Deck 5 (Promenade) is always the poop deck!
This past week on the Freedom I tried wrinkle release and and very happy with it. Luckily I need need the Tide pen on this cruise. We have several motion activated night lights, one for the bathroom and one in the living area to light the way to the bathroom. I also agree with taking my own shampoo and fav bar of soap. I don't know what is in the wall hanging pump bottles on the wall of the shower but the dollar store comes to mind.
I always chuckle when I see the 3 in 1 hair/body combo dispenser 😅🤷🏼♀️ even most prisons provide separate bottles of shampoo and soap
How do you know that?
Hack for your hack, if traveling with a family in the same cabin, booking a room for example on Oasis class on deck 8 near Central Park public bathrooms can give you a close second bathroom for #2 without stinking up your room
Good one!
Phenomenal.
Good thing I sell Scentsy! Lisasforeverwickless
Old Spice? Did you record this in the 1970s? 😂😂
I use it. I also see commercials for it all the time. Still relevant, haha!
Try the showers in the gym. More space and extra towels.
