Abena has a new humidity resistant topper gel (Enbba Naturals). I just finished doing my hair. I did it exactly the way she did. So far I’m loving it. It’s after 7 I want be going out tonight. I’m in Florida so I can’t wait to see how it works for me. Your hair looks nice.
Lol at the Felicia Leatherwood brush. It turned out so nice! I wish I could do bantu knots but my hair is way to fine and low density. I love Miche's Indulge Deep Conditioner, it is really a moisturizing product. Everything else I tried from their line (the leave-in conditioner and the bounce curl defining cream) performed very average.
I really like how your bantu knot out looks.🥰 I haven't done a bantu knot out in years. So far I've only used mousses for one and done WnG styling. Since I shampoo twice a week a mousse is great for my WnG because I get a day two or three look on day one depending on the strength of the hold in the mousse.
I haven’t tried or smelled pattern beauty products, but the point you made about the scent being a deterrent is how I feel about the Camille rose spiked honey mousse. I love how it makes my hair feel, love how it works, but I can’t get past the scent. Same with the doux crazy sexy curl mousse. Both have a weird honey smell that I’m not a fan of. It’s annoying when I find a good product that I can’t use because I can’t get past the scent. I don’t mind a strong scent if it’s pleasant.
I'm glad you clarified with Miche about the silk in the ingredients. They should really better explain that on their website because vegans care and will be skeptical because we know not everyone has a true understanding of veganism and will conflate it with vegetarianism. I tried the Pattern Mousse and thought it left my twists very hard. I so far prefer AG Haircare's Cloud because my twists feel soft with hold, not hard.
Thank you! Intrigued!!! I’ve never fully tried a mouse twist out, although I have a Camille Rose mousse looking 👀 me in the face. Gonna give it a try! Thanks, Kayla, girl😊
ITS THE WAY I WAS WANTING A COMPARISON AND YOU CAME THROUGHHH
WHEW! BOTH SIDES LOOK GREAT.

I hope you enjoy the ENBBA!

Yup! I believe those twists were hard. 😂 Got that old school feel.
GREAT review
Your hair came out NICE!! I really like it! How many days do you think you will get out of it?
This style got to Day 5 before I needed to wash it in preparation for a hair cut.
