Great vid if you had front links you could have another bale handler on the front speed you up a little
John deere sounds nice when camare outside
Cheers Antony
Another week a fun and frolics on the farm!!!!!!!
Stay safe fella!
GoFish never ends.....
Great video as always Gerry 👌🏻
Nice new bail lifter
Love the sound of that John deer engine
Fran Gannon good sound from the 6 cylinder
👍🏻👍🏻
Nice video Gerry. Phoenix finally seen rain and cooler, but humid conditions. I guess we needed a hurricane to get this much rain. How's the new calves doing , haven't seen much of them lately, I'm sure you have been busy though. Take care. 😉👍👍
Neusa C great your getting rain. Calves doing well. We be weaning them soon and I’ll video it.
U should get the wrapper to drop the bales in pairs makes it very fast
I was stacking about 240 bales alone with a new holland ts90 and a single bale handler (painfull)
Irish Farming very painful day 😂
If u put some greze on them it will stop the crows
Some hand at Stacking
I remember I was moving bals and I was in the yard and I topped the trailer
Fecking crows 😂
James Boyle I know. Feckers
You must have ample feed for the winter now lol
Niall Fearon yea good amount now.
What we do to stop the crows pecking our bails is we spray white spray paint on them the birds don't like the white for some reason and it not actually proper spray paint road marking paint
Darragh Doyle yes I’ve done before. It dose work
Did u not tare any bales the way u picked them Gerry?👍
Dylan 6616 I didn’t this time but I did before. If u were unlucky enough to land on a stone you could tear one. Depends on the ground ur in. Saves lot of time this way
gerry6420 yes! Im used to leaving them in doubles and then pick them
Would it of been as quick leave them in them in a yard gerry ?
nick Lad maybe in long run it would be 1 handle less but we have no space left in yard.
gerry6420 thats true alri .atleast ya can make extra silage unlike here in tipperary !!!
Gerry is there a reason you are not stacking the bales tight together?
Tomherbs depending on the dry matter, if their touching they can cause bales to have that white fungus on them. Found if u leave small spaces that dosnt happen. Tharts what we find anyhow
@@gerry6420 Good to know, must do that myself. White/blue fungus can kill sheep if fed to them.
We finally see the face of the famous GEERRYY👻👻
first name last name did you..... where ?
At 6:27
first name last name 😂😂if u add me on Instagram I’m all over it anyway 😂
Well there's John Deere all over snapchat 🚜🚜
You'll know its me when you see "GERRRYY"
Are you going to have to feed all the bales to your own stock or do you sell some? You must have a fair amount of silage now
Davie 0979 rather look at it than for it. Lot of fellas found that out the hard way last winter
I’ll sell some, keep some. Have 140 sold already
We weaned a couple of the calves
tek bros not too bad. Lots of baling from the calves
Wouldn't it if been better to have two tractors with bale trailers on being loaded to get some of the bale's back to the farm instead of moving loading everything twice
The bale lifter u were using there Gerry looks like Gerard mcardles😂
Oisin Flynn I can assure u it’s not his. 😜
Have you used any of those bales yet ?
liam hennessy yes they’re gone. They were all sold
gerry6420 some going, you must be very confident you’ve enough fodder for the rest of the winter.
Great video are you around the Drogheda area
It's better than my single paddle bale handler on a 7610 with no air conditioner or cab or seat suspension then you'll know about a sickening dose
gerry6420 were are you from
