There is another learning curve after you learn the program and that is producing something that looks good which is a different skill than knowing how to use the program.
I misread this as "you can shop on amazon with apple motion" and my first thought was 'well....i suppose that's an interesting feature to say the least' 🤣

in your opinion is apple motion equivalent to after effects as far as advanced editing. Ive been a fcpx user for a while and i dont want to switch to premiere and AE so my only hope is learning motion thats why im asking this question
I actually think this is the least intimidating way to learn Motion. Pick an effect you want to learn more about and open in Motion. As you explore you find something(s) you might want to have control of in FCP. Publish as you are doing. You can explore and learn quite a bit doing this including how things might be controlled or changed. As you get the hang of this you're learning the skills to build original things.
I really have been binging your videos trying to learn Motion to take my content to the next level. I appreciate you!

It depends on the plugin. Sometimes the developer locks them so you can’t, but sometimes you can.
