This is just one step of a proper diagnosis. Sure, the TCM could be detecting a stuck clutch with the problem being electric signals however I've done PLENTY of these where the clutch is actually stuck. Whether from an incredible build up of clutch dust or more commonly a broken throw out bearing. Both problems cause a stuck clutch, or one that the computer can't not control

HI. my car is burning the 3 speedy sensors...oss, sensor speedy 1 and sensor speedy 2. Damage one of then, same days, the other and then the other..you change for new one, worls fine..around a mounth, returns the problen. I change the module, and the problen is the same...change the cable , battery and alternator..and the problen is the same...Have any idea?
P2767, for ex. but all DTC is "there is no signal from sensor a, or sensor B or oss". not burning at the same time...when you change by a new one, reset dtc, the transmisson works fine...for some days..yes, genuine sensors..@@RZJugaar
Your problem maybe coz of multiple reasons. Most common of which is a bad ground to TCM.. check your ground fist. Next up is hooking up an oscilloscope to your sensors and read signal directly. This will help you figure out if they really are bad or TCM is unable to read a sensor even if it is good. Do not replace a sensor unless you are sure it's faulty. The problem maybe intermittent because of a bad ground and not because of sensors
Thank you for taking so much time to do all this work, most impressive. I have a Renault and the TCM looks identical so I will be very interested to see if it is the same inside. My only question is how does one put the top board back on as I assume the pressure required to do it is significant?
@campbellmorrison8540 can't recall it being significant... besides, I soldered all joints when it was put back, so even if it's not 100 in, it doesn't matter much.
@@RZJugaar OK thank you. I must say I dont like these connections I have a similar problem on an ABS board too, easy for the manufacturer but a pain for the end user
Hi.Thank you for the video, it was very informative. Question, My 2012 Ford Focus is experiencing P090C: Clutch “B” Actuator Circuit Low. Where do you recommend to focus on when checking the TCM?
Starting point in such a case is to swap around actuator motors and see if codes shift to clutch A. Otherwise open up the TCM and see if you can find anything wrong with it. Look for corrosion, faulty or damaged connector items or circuits.. order up a new TCM in the meanwhile coz repair doesn't always work for everyone.
@@iuriik.8494 you need to replace your tcm. Intermittent problem points to tcm. If you decide to get a replacement, get a new one from Ford. Not from a wrecker.

Hello . I have clutch motor error #2 on warm up and on the other tcu permanently. The MOSFETs are correct and I checked the board completely. I soldered its bases on both the lower and upper boards. Hi. What exact error you were getting? What internal diagram are you referring to? If you mean the one that I drew, you can look them up in the video or contact me through email and I'll share them with you. Otherwise can't paste them on UA-cam even if I want to. Can't comment on microcontroller being faulty without looking up the error code
You mean the 6 MOSFETs? The problem can be there hence the testing procedure. I'm not really proud of my soldering skills so if I ever have to replace one, I'd rather take it to Mobile repairing specialist for soldering.
Could you please confirm the continuity of the QN04H4 transistor, its power supply is fine, but the DRAIN does not have continuity with the capacitor and the mosfets
@@enriquecastro2352 the Mosfet is 2NO4H4. I can confirm that the drain does connect to the left side of the Capacitor/Inductor. It should also connect to drain of half of the clutch/Motor control Mosfets

a query, could it be that there is an error? I think gearbox motor 1 is marked in the place of gearbox motor 2.
yes, You may be right. Clutch motor numbering is correct but gearbox motor numbering was assigned at random.
