This is by far better than the album version. I feel like every time I hear Lana perform a song before I hear the record version, I begin resenting the album. I love how Lana plays around with lyrics, vocals, melodies, etc. in her live settings. (-:
It's an actual spell. I'm almost 100% that this particular version was a ritual. She's an intuitive witch. She's obviously powerful. Thankfully, she seems to have branched out into witchy/energy philanthropy as of late. It'll be better for everyone, definitely her. I'll miss stuff like this though. The audience had no idea what they were witnessing. Lol #enchantress
@@haendellmagalhaes6112 this song raises energy which is a witch thing to do. Most witches are good witches lol and just work with energy and visualizing stuff
I get chills every time I see her perform this. Especially when she first says "I sing the body electric" and she extends her arms like that, while the violins weep. Oh my god.....
i hate when people keep criticizing her live performances. Lana is a shy person and it shows on stage. only people who understand that get to enjoy her performances because they're extremely vulnerable and genuine.
I think this is still my favorite live performance by Lana. She's usually very shy on stage, but here it seems she was so comfortable with the audience and that allowed her to really shine. Everything about this performance showed that she was really into the moment for this song. It's beautiful to watch, especially for Body Electric which is an incredibly haunting song.
Lana gets so lost in this song it’s really mesmerising to watch. Her voice is so expressive and powerful too, makes me wish I had even an ounce as much talent as her.
She is unique, there is no one like her. Her hand movements, incredible vocal range, glamor, instrumentals, all are charming and captivating at the same time. It's not to be dramatic, but this woman saved my life, I love her so much.
i just love lana. she's such a sweet person, you can tell she has a good heart. she always treat her fans like they're her friends when she meets them. she talks to them carries conversations with them. i would lovee to meet her one day
So dark, deep and artistic.. I’m obsessed with this concerts performences. Her unique stylistic voice, the way she moves, the emotion and intensity in her voice, the great song ofc. Insane
This is the single most moving song I've heard in a long time. This is the kind of writing and composition you can be passionate about and touched by. It's so beautifully written and dark and it's a face of Lana I'd love to hear move of.
She's phenomenal. I read somewhere that when she drops to her knees it's because she is shaking so much she feels like she can't hold herself up. Bless her. If she gained some real confidence in her live performances she could run this fucking industry.
I can't get enough of this performance. I'm addicted to everything about it. Give me chills. In contrast to the poem, and possibly the author's intent, these lyrics scream to me about the desparity of the human condition. We fill our lives with parties, idols and religion(posing as spirituality), we feel electric at times, even on fire, but at the root of it all, we know that something isn't right about ourselves. But it may be based on the short story by Bradbury, instead.
body electric LIVE is simply beyond words. the crude, haunting emotion empowered by Lana del rey in this performance is too much for me. *falls down uncouncious*
oh my lana!! i adore this concert and this performance is really better and heavy more than the album version!! i love how she plays and changing her voice in her concerts :3
That song .... That song is .... This song took you away. For me i cant explain the feel really first time when i heard that masterpiece till wasnt know the lyrics DAMN WOW thats all i can say

she gives me chills in this performance. People criticize her so much I hate it because it makes her nervous.
OMG I AGREE
Couldn’t agree more. Same story with Regina Spektor.
She’s only capable of doing this since it’s her music and not written by someone else
That’s how music used to be / is supposed to be, and she knows this.
she sings this like a hymn. its stunning
sing me like a bible hymn

It's not the song, it's her. She's fucking mesmerizing. A true Queen 😩

Me neither! She made it so much better, that's what I love about her, she is always so different.
This show was her most SUPERIOR performance. Just iconic
love how dark and sexy this sounds, heartbreaking as always
I love it when she sings off key. Its so charming. You try travelling the world singing every night and see how your pipes feel.

This proves that she sounds just as good, if not better live. I wish the album version sounded like this.

Her live version is perfection. She is haunting.
Damn she sang like a broken mind...... voice broken, hair all a mess, tone of voice one of a kind, truly artistic in its expression and performance.
❤
Watching Lana sing Body Electric, is like watching a lovesick madwoman on ecstasy. effing LOVE when she sings this live!
For fucks sake Lana stop it, your sending me crazy, every song I hear from you is blowing my mind ..... don't stop
The live version is WAY better
I had a religious experience when she sang "pray" oh my GOSH she is amazing. Just AMAZING.
She was filled with rage to this time and had to go through so much. I love her
best version of the song
This whole live shows is her best ive seen so far. Such emotions in each song.
I can't get enough of this performance. I'm addicted to everything about it.

She prays the rosary for my broken mind.

Best singer ever! Her voice is so magical! And this song is just perfect!!!Love it
She was so extra back then. Kinda miss those wild vocals and the orchestra
She performed it perfectly!!! GO LANA!!!!!
damn! something in the way!
Her tune is incredible, if u don't like, patience, but don't say she can't sing based on THIS presentation, which in my opinion, was perfect.
When she's talking it sounds like part of the song, it just sounds perfect. It's funny how she can make something so simple sound amazing.
Everyday I wish she had recorded this song like she performed here for the album
First time im so emotionally attached to a live performance. shes a godness
I would move to The UK just to see her preform, LOVE YOU LANA!
How she looks in that dress ... Holy Toledo!
i cannot waaait for an album version of this!
Chills from head to toe after all these years. Still.
It crossed my mind and I had to see it again. Twice.

She's amazing live. I think people just don't understand her dark, tranquil style of singing.
Every Body Eletric performance is different, but still perfect, dark, deep
So sinister love it
GOD she is almost perfect, she is beautiful
