    ah! I'm definitely going to try at least the Yaki Gyoza and the koroke. I've already made some onigiri a few weeks ago, and my fiancé and little one both loved it! And of course the curry rice (I think it was your recipe that inspired me to try to make it, too!)
    Okonomiyaki, omurice also seem to be something really easy to do and that would interest my family, so it is definitely going to be put on my to-try list!
    I have a question, though, concerning Takoyaki. They do not sell a specific flour for this recipe in the stores of my country. I looked for it in specialized stores, but I haven't found any, so what can be a good alternative? Can all-purpose flour work? I also do not have a specific pan, but I think I can manage with what I have at home ^^

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  6 років тому +4

      yes takoyaki flour is necessary for this basic one... you can't use all-purpose flour 😅can you wait for a while ~ i will share a great Takoyaki recipe using the ingredients available overseas!

      @witchhazel4224 4 роки тому +1

      @@noxmoonyisadork Thats very kind of you, but can be quiet challenging. If you can, I applaud you highly. I am lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, and lysinuric protein intolerant (I can't have animal products/byproducts or soy). If I eat any of these they can give me disabilitating migraines and make me physically sick and malnourished. So, I realllllyyy don't know what I was expecting coming into this video 😹

    • @witchhazel4224
      @witchhazel4224 4 роки тому

      @@meguminuwu7501 grain wise lots of rice and corn, lots of veggies cooked in various ways (my favorites are mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, and greens), and fruit. I have to go to do blood work to make sure my nutrition is fine, and take suppliment (which are also oddly hard to find). It's a huge pain, especially if I go out or over someone's house, but it's better than being malnourished cause my body doesn't process stuff 🤷 honestly, I've just gotten use to it at this point though. But this video I was hoping,even though I knew I wouldn't be able to eat anything. Though, I did find a way to eat/make onigiri for myself!

      @ochikeron  5 років тому

    • @RivkahSong
      @RivkahSong 5 років тому

      Not really. There is a very small risk of salmonella but thousands of people in the US consume raw eggs every day (cookie dough, cake batter, hollandaise sauce, protein shakes, etc) and don't get ill. In the US we don't really have a culture for eating raw eggs and so the practice is seen as gross and unsafe. Just make sure to only eat them raw when they are as fresh as possible. After being in the fridge about a week or so, I wouldn't risk it. You can also buy pasteurized eggs to reduce the risk further.
