Brady's entry in to Patriot HOF was amazing . Everyone one there. Bill Burr roasted. Everyone speeched. Belichick and Kraft were nice. to each other. Randy Moss cried. Peyton Manning spoke. The list of celebreties was over the top.

You could say that by the end of the game score and by how close the Mavs got it at the end but I dont think MENTALLY it was ever that close. Or that the Celtics actually thought they were going to lose.

All of this "best player" comparison bullsh*t is absolute watercooler/sports radio nonsense. There are a lot of incredibly talented players in the league, and the goal is to amass as much talent as possible, collectively, to form the best team. You can say Brown is the Celtics best player when he starts getting double teamed like Tatum is all game. When he is the focal point on the defense. He isn't and he is not. Which is why he has room to operate but Tatum is the focus

@Xanthumb_Gum I spoke "from a math sense" because I suck at basketball even though I'm 6'3". I'm a b-ball casual, but I AM qualified to tak about math. As for the complimentary pieces advice - I said "duh" not from bravado, but because what I suggested is so obvious. I probably could have been clearer.

I mean, the Celtics were the best team in the NBA in 2022, but also the laziest team in 2022! Like, they had a 20-something point lead going into the 4th quarter of Game 7 that year's ECF, and they let the Heat get back in it so much, Jimmy Butler tried to take the lead on a 3, and I STILL remember the SHEER FUCKING RAGE that dissipated in my body when he missed it! This is not that same team! At least not in the playoffs, they're not!
