Hello, great answers, I wanted to chime in with a detail given: if you display out of box (OOB) it doesn't alway take more space. Some examples: 1. If you consider space only vertically (wall space) even skittlerampage OOB takes less space. It wont make a difference in space if your displays alreadt had the depth. 2. Some OOB collectors display without boxes and either store boxes or throw them away. 3. Many other forms of displays without boxes exist. And can be very versatile for smaller spaces making a great option for those that do not have the space to turn, for example, a room into a display room.
I have a question. Occasionally on some Funko videos, the host will mention how many of a particular pop was made even though it wasn’t a limited number or a soda. How do they know this? Hope you can help. Enjoyed this video, would like to see more like this. Thanks a lot.

I think you got it wrong for why same molds could have different numbers. 1. Goku 14 (non-glow) is a common and the Entertainment Earth one is just a glow in the dark variant thus maintaining the number 14. 2. Goku 9 is regular form Goku and even though the Goku (Super Saiyan God) is the same mold, it used a completely different paint color and naming scheme, not just Goku. When the mold is the same and is just a different finish - metallic, flocked, glow in the dark; it will retain its number. When the mold is the same but the paint color is changed - as mentioned in number 2 and most common example now are black light pops; the number is changed.
I don't know if funko ever put out publicly how the numbers work in that regard but through my research I may have misunderstood so I appreciate the insight!
