Hi Thandi. Happy 2024 to you. I must say, this video was actually quite excellent. It's so good to learn new things from vloggers (I learnt about the different brands of kombucha from you, and it's actually piqued my interest in kombucha now). This is what makes riveting viewing... Education. Being educated on something by another is extremely beneficial to us. It opens the mind to new things and engenders an excitement of testing something based on another's recommendation. Keep up the good work and keep tantalising our brain-buds. This is content.
It was so good seeing you with the plants trying something out of your comfort zone. You may (unconsciously) have green fingers - you just don't know it yet. Your lifestyle/kitchen content is GIVING!!!
Also, if I can impart some knowledge to you as well, diet coke is worse than normal coke. The artificial chemical sweetener (aspartame) is actually carcinogenic. Stay away. You're better off having a normal coke now and again.

Now that you talk about okra, i suffer from severe period pains, m in so much pain for three days, as m suffering from fibroids, decided to give okra a chance, just had my period not once i experience any discomfort or heavy bleeding.

Also, about the periods Thandi (& the TG Gang at large), upping your iron intake has significantly reduced my flow & days. I have severe anemia & it causes heavy flow, so I use the red and yellow ferrous tabs, available from Dischem & Clicks. Just thought I'd mention that as my other girlies also reported reduced flows after they upped their iron intake with the aforementioned ferrous.
