Should I buy an i5-13th gen 13420H or Ryzen 7 Octa Core 7840HS laptop?

i noticed that acer predator neo 16 also comes with the same specs and there is a major price difference of 25k so where does it lack behind? like in performance or just the rgb costs that much extra?
Specs wise They are same i9 14900hx and 4070 but the main difference is in build - helios 16 metal build and feels more premium.
And spec difference I found is in only wife helios - 7 and neo 6e,And yes, Performance wise 99% same.So if you want to save some money then neo 16 is also good.
Because it's feel more premium then Neo 16, If you need more premuimness you can go for Helios 16
Which is better? Asus rog strix scar 2024 4070 ? Or acer 16 ?
