Our male teacher was so hyped to end the last half of the class period telling the boys "Today, there's going to be a competition. And there's no way you will win." According to my science teacher (I don't know if it's a fact), its because males and females have different centers of gravity. Males center is in the area of their chests, while with females it's lower (below navel/uterus).
im gonna explain the squat. that is called the asian squat saying only asians can do it and woojin and junhyeon did it even though their boys. the only reason that girl could the do in the video is because she was in feels so technically her feet are on tippy toes

I think it has to do something with the anatomy of the body a woman has a lower center of gravity than a man which pull them down more on the squat while man are more top heavy they can align more mass to the middle with their chest while girls get pulled by their butt basically it is the same reason why men have it more difficult with the first one
