I have an inexpensive tip for your countertop when rolling dough out or even under your cutting board! Go get you some of the cabinet lining that comes in a roll. Roll it out to fit your cutting board, under parchment paper or for a desired work surface to your liking. You will thank me! I use this tip everyday! Thanks your video! An easy use for that sourdough discard! 😊
