I can confirm motorcycle account gets way more orders in my area at least. I started on a bicycle and switched to motorbike after sorting insurance and I am able to consistently get orders.
I forgot that London Eats was on a motorbike account because we were on our electric bikes haha

I work in the "suburbs" of London on a unpowered bicycle so imagine how few jobs I get in comparison.
I remember when I had a regular bike account on Deliveroo...I got hardly any orders. Can't imagine that in London. I reckon there are areas of London that are good but it might be hard to get there for most people.

Nope! My dad designed this bike so well :) It's better than most bikes you will find that are new and mine is like 7 years old! London Eats bike is more like a electric motorbike...but I like to ride my bike like a bike haha

I have a Vengeance (non-E) but thinking of either a conversion kit or an e-bike in the next few months, any suggestions what a good starter E-bike would be?
Hi James! Personally I wouldn't bother with a conversion kit and just save up for a decent electric bike around £1500. I think it's a better longer term investment and will give you less headaches. My dad has an electric bike shop...for like 20 years he's been running that. He designed my bike. My email is in the description if you would like to find out more :)
Bro I’ll give you some advise build one if anything goes wrong you have three components the controller the battery and hub motor or mid drive
I’d go for hub if your doing deliveries etc
Hub motor should cost around 200£ for a 1500w one or if you want a “ road legal “ one then go for a 250w then buy a 52v 20ah battery or if you have extra money 52v 28ah
200£ hubmotor + 300-500£ battery depending on which you get will be 500£ or 700£ depending and you’ll get a bike that’s way better than the shop ones and keep in mind if you buy from a shop and you have a problem good luck waiting weeks to a month for a replacement I’ve been doing delivery for 2 years on a 1500w hub drive no problem from police they don’t care as long as your not stupid I use throttle out of sight and have had no problem 😉 and If I did it would most likely be controller which is easy to replace only 40£ or maybe some re-wiring
your bike must be 36V instead of 48V, im assuming from how London eats bike was accelerating away. Central London is exactly why i use Hourly work with JE, too much traffic, too many people randomly stepping out into the road halting your progress but the same pedestrians will complain when u go through a red light at like 2mph whilst checking for pedestrians crossing... every order around London bridge also tends to be to high rise flats or council estates which is added time you don't need when doing pay per drop work. hope you enjoyed london though pal👍😁
My bike is 36V and the battery is 48V and I go pretty fast tbh. The difference is the size of the motor. We had a good time in the video :) I think if I was delivering in London I would try and find areas that aren't just high-rise buildings and that are a bit safer to deliver in. What about Chelsea, Westminister and Kensington? I wonder what it's like there!
@@GigHustle yhhh i realized from London eats not so subtle "THIS IS A 250W MOTOR" 🤣🤣 yhh there is definitely a lot of money to be made in the autumn/ winter months in areas like Clapham, Brixton and places slightly further out of the city like Brockley, Crystal palace, Bromley, Croydon etc where its mainly houses or flats that are on a street like houses

It's a Stuart backpack but they don't sell it to the public. I have a relationship with them and asked them why not...it's some legal stuff from what I can remember.
But even car orders were long distance orders and ok paid; overall it slowed down a lot.
What do you think of London eats bike? Can I ask, is it capped at 15.5mph, and does it have throttle.
His bike is pretty fun to ride but my bike works better for how I choose to deliver. Best to ask him them questions mate ;)

get bike upgrades to 40mph 2000w you will be fine with a 21ah LG battery , 40-60 miles range using throttle alone

Hello sir i m in london and i want to do full time delivery job what will be better with cycle or scotter and what else would you advise me as i m starting for the 1st time
I don't recommend doing this full time mate. It's not very stable income and in London it's very competitive. Scooters make more money but they have lots of expenses + insurance to pay. I would recommend getting a more stable form of income + do deliveries on bike/electric bike as a side hustle. Recession is on the way so try to secure some full time work!
How is London Eats bike a lot faster than yours? because i know in europe ur only allowed to have max 250w battery unless he upgraded his without anyone knowing it
The legal limit for a motor on an electric bike is 250w and that is what I have. The only way someone can be faster than me is if they pedal faster than the speed I'm going or if they have a larger motor.
How did you get a pizza in that bag? It doesnt look big enough. I have the same bag as London Eats and i cant take pizza with that but it doesnt bother me. Your bag looks no bigger.
The bag on video doesn't look that big but it's pretty big in real life! 100% it's bigger than LE bag and I fit pizzas no worries.

Hey bro. You don't work for different delivery apps at the same time. You work for one app at a time. You get one order and you go offline on the other apps. Once you finish your order you go back online on the apps.

If you are talking about a moped, then that is usually better for money than an electric bike. However you have more expenses, so if you are doing it part time…I would say electric bike. If you are talking about the push scooters that are electric…they are illegal in the UK atm.

If I’m honest something felt awkward and off about the video. You sounded really upset over not getting any orders, its always like this for bicycle accounts in London. Its cars, scooters then bicycles on the priority list of uber orders.
Hi mate! I wasn't upset at all haha. I didn't come to London to make money from deliveries. You can see throughout the video that me and London Eats are just having a good time. I even said to him that don't worry about making money from deliveries let's just make a video together and have fun. I was emphasising not getting any orders to show people what the difference is between vehicle accounts. I was using a lot of sarcasm in this video but that's a very English way of communicating. Hope this clears that up!
