Wasn't this changed in a patch? I don't recall Dorothea losing clothing, i thought it was a handkerchief.

It’s different depending on if your male or female Byleth. Male she says it’s a blue clothe. Female she says it’s an undershirt like in the video. In Japanese for the female it’s expressly stated to be underwear.
