' Farm to Table ' and the Making of Peanut Butter and Kare - Kare From Scratch!

I hope you are all doing well.
Today, I be showing you our Peanut that we planted many months had passed.
So I hope you will learn something new today and enjoy the video 😊.
If you want to learn the recipes I made, here's the guide.
Sugar coated Peanuts
Ingredients
1/4 kilo many
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water.
Roast peanut for 5-10 minutes in low heat then add water and sugar, let it caramelized and stir constantly till peanut coats evenly.
Cool down before storing in airtight container.
Adobong Mani
Ingredients
3 bulb of garlic
10-15 pieces Siling labuyo
4 cups oil
5 cups raw peanut
Salt to taste.
Heat up Oil
Add Garlic and stir til golden brown and set it aside. On low heat add in Raw peanut and stir continuously for 15 minutes . After 15 minutes add chili and cook for another 1-2 minutes and take out.
Pinyato and Peanut Butter
Roast peanuts til crisp or crunchy, let it cool and remove skin.
Pinyato Ingredients
2 1/2 cup roasted peanut
2 1/2 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp of water
Sprinkle of salt to balance the sweetness
In a pan add in brown sugar, water and salt. Let it resolve and caramelized on low heat. Once caramelized add in peanuts and mix well. Take out and shape into a ball while its still hot.
Banana cake ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
4 pieces lakatan
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup evaluated milk
1 tsp cinnamon powder
