Cooking Paklay, Ginataan, and Lumpia made of Bamboo Shoots | Indai Allyn

Way back then, my parents used to cook Bamboo shoots and sell them around our Town.
My mother is known for being a viand and snack vendor in our town, she is very good at making delicious food.
So today, I will be sharing some of her best sellers 😊.
Hi everyone, my name is Allyn. I grow up in the province of Zamboanga del Sur and now living in Iligan City.
Our Life here in the mountain is not easy, yet I love to be here. I love the ambiance, the calling of nature, and the chirping birds.
I harvested some bamboo shoots from the nearby land and cook them for dinner and invited Auntie and friends.

Good morning Indai Allyn, greetings from the very warm and smoky Chicago,Illinois. I love this episode ❤, eating bamboo shoots or tambo' we call in Ilonggo is my favorite childhood meals. It's just hard here to find fresh bamboo shoots pero meron naman but unlike there talagang harvested and super fresh otherwise i buy canned bamboo shoots. I am so inspired by yur cooking kaya i will cooked tambo' with gara mayb this weekend. Ang sarap talaga. I use fresh tauge ir mongo sprouts for lumpia, mayb i'll try mixing both with ground meat. I always watch yur show loved all of them, keep it up and regards to yur wonderful family. ❤
