I Love how Howie Simon takes simple phrases and adds feeling and power to the solos.
Jeff is always incredible and clearly has flown under the mainstream radar all these years but it's awesome he is still giving those of us "in the know" so much fantastic music! So many artists of his caliber would've have become discouraged along the way and either became junkies or just quit. JSS exemplifies what it means to truly be an "artist!" Howie is so tasty & talented it's always great hearing these two together! I would've liked to hear maybe a bit more instrumentation going on like maybe some piano undertones during the verses but this song is just beautiful and would sound great even if Howie and Jeff just did a two man acoustic version! Well done guys! 🤘
