Both mine and my husband's Redmi Note 8 Pro started automatically rebooted every time we were sign in and could not even go to any other app or settings. You were right about it taking a long time to update. I did it by the phone and it took all day. I have Verizon dial up. I had to many problems in 12 days when I had Comcast so I went back to sloooow internet. I didn’t need my SIM card. But I’m gonna call and have my 2500 min put on this phone.

I shutdown every night my iPhone and I don't charge it overnight. I don't like leaving my charger on my phone all night. Doing that can reduce the battery life or not (leaving the charger plugged for 8h for example )

almost every phone has a safe guard for how much the battery get charged, so it stops charging when you battery if full0

He figured out how to make a group - but the online instructions on how to 'name' a group does not work on his phone. Is there any help you can send us to watch about this feature? What a great video. I learned a lot while I was watching. Now to remember it. I started watching it because I’m having trouble with my alarm sound. I changed it and hit save. The new ring comes on with my first alarm that I set but then the old alarm rings with the next setting. What am I doing wrong. Thanks for your help.
