Smoked Venison - How to Season, Sear, Smoke and Enjoy!

My good friends son does a bit of hunting and gave me a Venison Back Strap to do with as I please! To which I seasoned, smoked and paired with some of my favourite sides such as, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Baby Carrots with Brown Sugar and a delicious Homemade Mushroom and Onion Gravy!
Generally I’m not a big fan of gamy tasting meat, but this recipe helped change my mind! It was absolutely delicious and jam packed with Flavour!
