Mami , I made puttu and it came out fantastic . Here in my place the rice is not very soft due to cold weather . So I soaked it for 12 hours and then followed your receipe . Also I put little more than 1/2 cup water while mixing the rice flour . Overall the result was just amazing. Thanks so much for the authentic recipes . I feel you are my own family member when I watch your videos. Thanks so much.

Very niceand simple preparation.Checked up with my mother in law.She used to roast the powdered rice and would do well before navarathri. I think it s a good idea to make the rice flour ready before hand
