I kinda feel sorry for Tae though everyone ships him constantly. Poor boy can’t even breathe. He’s just got a lovely personality that adapts to everyone. I’m so proud of Tae and how hard he’s worked. The only way we’ll get actor tae is if army make bts and big hit hear this demand. Bts has a ‘no solo’ policy as a group. We got the ‘hiatus’ that allowed the solo work but when they come back they are going to be doing group projects so we won’t get actor tae for years.
BTS have negotiated and signed new contracts during this solo period, and I don't believe the 'no solo' policy will apply the same way it did with the old contracts. It took some months to work the contracts out, so there was a lot of negotiating, and Bang PD's 3 year hold over BTS shareholder company voting rights has finished, so BTS had a bigger lever to get what they want. You will notice that Taehyung has only done collabs, appearances and this MV with IU since the new contracts ~ none of that happened before, even though all the other members had collabs, and yet we know Taehyung had so many offers. BH producers stopped Taehyung recording a song with Jimin he'd written for them both to sing, so Taehyung binned it. On a live he said he'd written one to sing with JK and it didn't happen. Taehyung didn't produce or record any of his own music for LayoVer and didn't use BH producers/production, he went to Min Heejin. None of what happened was an accident ~ Taehyung wants to do what he wants, BH wasn't happy, so he wouldn't perform his own music. And look how BH treated the release of his album and solo work. A really noticeable difference between Taehyung's songs with Min Heejin and those with BH is that on listening to LayoVer on studio quality headphones the editing and production is SO much better than by BH producers. BH has spent so long focused on the Western markets they over-edit, over-produce and too often use autotune with BTS voices, to the point you lose all clarity. LayoVer is stripped back so you can hear Taehyung's real voice ~ the sound editing and definition is superb. All the things Taehyung has performed since the contract change give signs he has more control. I hope so. I don't doubt his legal advisers have made sure he will be able to act in kdrama and film. Kim Taehyung needs his wings back, he's given up so much for the brothers he loves so much.

Remember in festa he said there were so many things he wants to do but couldn’t even voice them, because they were outside of music. And I have always seen that he has done all his solo work outside, even Christmas tree, Snowflower and even blue & grey were with outside producers. We don’t know what the new contracts allow, but Suga did say in V’s suchwita that when they come back all the members need to prioritise the group as that is the most important and they are going to do group projects first. They will go on a world tour and that’s a year out of solo work. I’m sure they can slip a solo song here and there, but they won’t have time to do an album and Tae will definitely not have time to do acting as that requires months of your time to create. BH has never understood Tae’s baritone and the producer prefers tenors. Even after becoming a huge company, they have never brought in a producer who knows how to produce his vocals, heck even singularity was an outside producer. I have always felt there is a problem between bh and Tae, something isn’t quite right there and tae has now said the despite the company he signed the contract to make the members smile, a sweet gesture, this comment might also explains the issues with the trademark of I purple you. Still I support them all in their decisions and Tae will find a way to do want he wants, he is patient and can wait for the other things.

The only way we’ll get actor tae is if army make bts and big hit hear this demand. Bts has a ‘no solo’ policy as a group. We got the ‘hiatus’ that allowed the solo work but when they come back they are going to be doing group projects so we won’t get actor tae for years.
BTS have negotiated and signed new contracts during this solo period, and I don't believe the 'no solo' policy will apply the same way it did with the old contracts. It took some months to work the contracts out, so there was a lot of negotiating, and Bang PD's 3 year hold over BTS shareholder company voting rights has finished, so BTS had a bigger lever to get what they want. You will notice that Taehyung has only done collabs, appearances and this MV with IU since the new contracts ~ none of that happened before, even though all the other members had collabs, and yet we know Taehyung had so many offers.
BH producers stopped Taehyung recording a song with Jimin he'd written for them both to sing, so Taehyung binned it. On a live he said he'd written one to sing with JK and it didn't happen. Taehyung didn't produce or record any of his own music for LayoVer and didn't use BH producers/production, he went to Min Heejin. None of what happened was an accident ~ Taehyung wants to do what he wants, BH wasn't happy, so he wouldn't perform his own music. And look how BH treated the release of his album and solo work.
A really noticeable difference between Taehyung's songs with Min Heejin and those with BH is that on listening to LayoVer on studio quality headphones the editing and production is SO much better than by BH producers. BH has spent so long focused on the Western markets they over-edit, over-produce and too often use autotune with BTS voices, to the point you lose all clarity. LayoVer is stripped back so you can hear Taehyung's real voice ~ the sound editing and definition is superb.
All the things Taehyung has performed since the contract change give signs he has more control. I hope so. I don't doubt his legal advisers have made sure he will be able to act in kdrama and film.

@@OoIoVoIoO all good points but all his recent collabs are during chapter 2 which solo era, that’s why he can do all these now so I don’t it relates to the new contracts. Remember in festa he said there were so many things he wants to do but couldn’t even voice them, because they were outside of music. And I have always seen that he has done all his solo work outside, even Christmas tree, Snowflower and even blue & grey were with outside producers. We don’t know what the new contracts allow, but Suga did say in V’s suchwita that when they come back all the members need to prioritise the group as that is the most important and they are going to do group projects first. They will go on a world tour and that’s a year out of solo work. I’m sure they can slip a solo song here and there, but they won’t have time to do an album and Tae will definitely not have time to do acting as that requires months of your time to create. BH has never understood Tae’s baritone and the producer prefers tenors. Even after becoming a huge company, they have never brought in a producer who knows how to produce his vocals, heck even singularity was an outside producer. I have always felt there is a problem between bh and Tae, something isn’t quite right there and tae has now said the despite the company he signed the contract to make the members smile, a sweet gesture, this comment might also explains the issues with the trademark of I purple you. Still I support them all in their decisions and Tae will find a way to do want he wants, he is patient and can wait for the other things.
