Things is I am a foward as soon as my heel touches the floor its hard to boost back up like with the goosey accelerating back is the hardest but thanks for em in slow mo
Play touch. The more players the better. This is how we learned to play growing up (many games with a quarter filled 2L milk bottle or rolled up tshirt 😂). You will quickly learn what works in different situations.
@@luketreharneTi7sall I can think of is Benji Marshall when I see these, good to look at him as well. That line break and flickpass in the 05 grand final was cold
The first thing I would check is your studs, if they have worn down and you're playing on grass it would be difficult to get grip. The second is the angle of your foot, you want to avoid rolling your foot at too much of an angle as less of the bottom of your boot will be in contact with the ground. You want the biggest surface area in contact when you make the step for the most grip. You might be sliding on the side of your foot.
@@luketreharneTi7s I think he means dead leg (which is what I call it). It's basically when you lean inside (This is how you set it up, it works best when your outside and you defender inside), you then shift your lean to the other side and sticking will get your defender thinking your about to accelerate, cut back in and ankles broken. Its kinda like a mix between a single and goosey
Awesome, wish I could save shorts for later when I wanna practice 😂
They need to bring that feature in!
You can! Go to your video history then press in it then you have it as a normal video😮
@@luketreharneTi7sI agree👍

No spinning in rugby unless you wanna do a backflip involuntarily

@luketreharneTi7s Your good tho its not like he was playing in union
Is it true that you need to "drop the shoulder" to make the faint more real?
It can definitely help yes but its also whats works best for you.
Generally being able to drop your height quickly will help with change of direction
Step back is good for toich players
Touch*
Agreed 👊
How can I prevent my self from slipping when performing the single step? I tend to exaggerate the initial step..

Can u do a vid on the exercises u can do to improve your stepping
@@hsbesbbdnzndbjjsbvt5255 I'm hoping to be launching my academy soon and it will exercises like this in there
Double
👊
And the skip step
Awesome
Can you tell me why should you do a goosey I really don't know actually
Pls reply
It’s makes the player hesitate. If a player hesitates even if they make contact they’re probably not going to land a good hit.
I prefer double
Never do the spin lol
I've seen the spin work a lot but it only works for very short wings and hookers lol
SPIN
Should show NZ players
Nah, the Australian League boys got this shit covered 😂
Is that hk
It is indeed 🇭🇰
Zombie leg???
