Insurance check has my mortgage company on it. What do I do?

i know ur a roofing company but i had water damage in my home and the insurance company sent the check to cover repairs. my mortgage co. wanted the check to go into their acct. but now they want to send me 25% increments to repair the damage. How do i repair my wood flooring and walls and ceiling if they only send partial payments when i need all the money to order the flooring then the materials for the walls and ceiling and insulation?

Next time you create a video set your background music to 1 or 2 anything higher is to loud and it’s hard for your viewers to hear you speaking! Great video though 👍🏼
