I really struggle to understand the last part about using the belly for tsuki. I can get the feeling from the shoulder but if I use the other feeling i become slow
Soke Yoshimi died roughly at my present age, so I amin better position to compare and admire his both physical and personal qualities, which remain unparalled. Many thanks to SHihan Julio Martinez , to have recorded and shared this video. May SOke Yosihimi rest in peace. Paul, 68, already retired instructor of Karate.

Why would you retire? Health condition? Okinawan masters are active in their 80’s. I’m a young 67, I have a long way to go. My mother is 95. OSS!
Wow! I didn't realize Shihan Martinez had recorded the entire class! Great memories. 😊
