Thanks for the video, we bougth the same excavator but there is not an user manual/instructions. Yhe saler told us that i didn't come with it. I'm wondering where dis you get yours? please let me know we haven't used yet because don't know how to do the maintenance. Thanks in advance
@@modern_toolbox I havent done it myself but i have seen youtube videos where they have changed filters in the tank. Cant say that it was exactly the model that you have but if you search im sure you will find some info.
How much grease did you add to the slewing bearing and outer ring gear, the two nipples on the front the cab. The manual seems kind of vague but it does say 5 kg which is pretty much a whole tube of Grease. Not sure if that amount is for the bearing only or for the ring gear.
Have to be careful with that, if you overgrease that slew bearing it will blow out the seal and then if you turn to the left too many times it’ll unthread the cab from the tracks
@@modern_toolbox I read somewhere too it's a good idea to take off the hoses that are inside the engine bay so you can verify when the grease actually pumps out I used a cordless grease gun and spun the cab as I was pulling the trigger.
Beware carbon dioxide poisoning. Got the same machine. Install a nice fan pulling air through the engine bay. Any headache or fatigue, get out of it at the first sign. Be safe man, it's actually a pretty good machine. Call mine a minion excavator
Yes that fan is definitely a good idea. Currently I have been operating with the door off. I agree it preforms better than I expected and yes got to say safe. Love the name too 😂
Cool little machine!
Its pretty powerful for its size!
Great video! Cool machine 😎
Thanks for watching! 😊
Looks good 👍
Yes, I think it was worth it!

@@yasmingarciap1565 I bought mine off facebook marketplace and the guy gave me it with a manual too
@@yasmingarciap1565 you might be able to find it online but I have never looked
Thanks for the responses,I have been looking but there no info. Thanks again
@ cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0690/6757/1452/files/H12_operation_manual.pdf?v=1717112724 I just found a very similar one hope this helps
Nice machine, i got one without the cab. I figured it would get to hot. Mine without the cab still gets hot.
Yes! I ended up taking off the door but it is still pretty hot. I think I will try to seal the engine bay from the cab better.
You probably have hydraulic filters inside the tank, Several of them if i would guess.
@@soulis1000 do you know if there is a way to change them?

Where did you order it from if I might ask? I have seen different places from different people trying to track down the best place to order from?
@@tomwilson8934 I’m not sure the best place to buy it but I got mine off of facebook marketplace

@MegaMusicLover47 lol ok yeah I'll make sure to spin to the right and really torque it down, dumbass. 🤣
Yeah dude okay I'll make sure to spin right and torque it down@@MegaMusicLover47
Yes it was very vague I just did like 5 pumps every 45 deg. Honestly not to sure how to do it properly though. I am hoping that should be ok.

Great vid, did you order direct? What was the final cost?
@@parnelljess I got it on facebook marketplace. They go for around $7000 but I found a good deal for $5400
I know how hot it can get in that cab, fortunately the door slides up and off the hinges very easily for storage, temporary or otherwise.
@@dirtydish6642 yes exactly. That’s what I have been doing. Very easy to take the door off.
