I think the Seija milking refers to Marisa's Bomb in TH14 that can absorb bullets and generate bomb pieces quickly, and Seija just becomes a Bomb farming machine

My headcanon on what Marisa did in each game (only windows):
-Touhou 6: Marisa went with Reimu way up to the Library, but then got separated from Reimu by going into the basement.
After scared ones and running away, she wrote her grimoire about her encounter with flan, during the time Remilia already left to visit Reimu, until Sakuya found her. Basically all what happened in Extra Stage was done by Marisa, and she got rewared by Sakuya with some snacks, which made Remilia mad.
-Touhou 7: Reimu and Marisa went together, while Sakuya either joined either in Stage 2 or 3. Marisa mostly there, including the fight with Yuyuko. After Yuyuko got defeated and her spirit ran amok, Reimu threw both Marisa and Sakuya from the battle.
Only Reimu fought Yukari and the Shikigami's at the Extra stage.
-Touhou 8: She and Alice only fought Keine, then moved over to the bamboo forest. In the end, a team battle of Reimu/Yukari and Youmu/Yuyuko vs. Marisa/Alice and Sakuya/Remilia happened. Let's just pretend Remilia won by doing nothing, and let's move on. Team Magic participated in a fight against Eirin, Kaguya, both, and Mokou.
-Touhou 9: She got judged by Eiki.
-Touhou 10: She joined Reimu but didn't participate in a single battle.
-Touhou 11: She went with Reimu way down to Okuu. While Marisa was the one resolving the incident, Reimu meanwhile won against Okuu. Because Reimu was injured by Okuu's encounter, Marisa went for the Moriya Shrine and beat Sanae and Koishi.
-Touhou 12: Marisa, Reimu, and Sanae went for the flying ship. But then Marisa and Sanae accidentally teleported to Makai, leaving Reimu behind. In that, Marisa and Sanae defeated Nazrin, Shou, and Hijiri. Later out of depression for Hijiri's temple getting successful, Reimu proceeds to beat up Nue.
-Touhou 13: All 4 went there where Miko is. However, i'm gonna say that while Sanae and Youmu got defeated and Marisa escorted them, Reimu fought Miko alone. Marisa, with just Reimu and Sanae, beat Mamizou since Youmu didn't need to join anymore since she had her half ghost back to normal.
-Touhou 14: Marisa being the only one not using her cursed tool, defeated Wagasakihime alone. After that, she and Reimu met Sakuya, who had already defeated Kagerou. Sakuya went for Benben and her sister's blood. Reimu and Marisa forced Seija to retreat and fought Sukuna. Sukuna, however, managed to beat Marisa unconscious, which later Sakuya switched place with her. Reimu, Marisa, and Sakuya fought Ranko then, but Marisa brought her cursed tool this time.
-Touhou 15: Marisa and Sanae defeated Seiran and captured her. After an agreement, Reimu, Marisa, Sanae, and Reisen took a lunarian ship and went to the moon. In the end, Reisen took the elixir first and weakened Junko, then she got weaker from it and was escorted by Marisa and Sanae. Reimu then drank the elixir and barely defeated Junko. Because Reimu and Reisen were out of combat, Marisa and Sanae confronted Junko and Hecatia.
-Touhou 16: Marisa was very late there, while Reimu, Aya, and Cirno got defeated. Marisa already knew from Narumi beforehand and fought Okina in her extra stage. Okina offered Marisa, which she declined.
-Touhou 17: All three went there. Marisa was possessed by the eagle spirit. In the end, she and Reimu got defeated. But Youmu defeated Keiki by merging the wolf, eagle, and otter spirit into her body. Only Reimu and Marisa then fought Saki because Yuyuko prohibited Youmu from participating this time.
-Touhou 18: All 4 went for collecting cards. Marisa, however, finished off Chimata alone, which is why she is playable later in 18.5. Momoyo was... just defeated by Sakuya, which Misumaru picked since she was the most aware.
-Touhou 19: Marisa went into hell. She and Orin escorted Nazrin and Seiran out and defeated Chiyari. Later, she saved Enoko from Yacchie's army. Later, Marisa, Sanae, and Yukari fought together against Yuuma, Saki, and Yacchie, ending with the beast leaders retreating towards Zanmu's place. Due to Zanmu's power, Marisa didn't take further action and exited hell alongside Sanae and Ran. After that, Suika and Zanmu made a deal, Zanmu defeated Reimu, and the Hakurei shrine became a vasall for Zanmu and the beast leaders. Marisa, meanwhile, was talking Enoko, who revealed that thanks to Suika, she is now free from Zanmu's deal and isn't doomed to go to hell.

Literally one of the worst thing in the fandom if you include even more weird thing that could be done to the poor cute little Yukkuri :'(
Yukkuri are perhaps the strangest creatures to encounter, provided you personally know the person they represent.
HOWEVER, to torture ANY creature is a crime that shall not be tolerated, and despite the fact that Yukkuri can be unnerving at times, they do NOT deserve to suffer in any fasion, and ANYONE I catch doing so shall face the justice for their crimes. They shall, Indeed.
