Public Meeting on the Centerville Canal Collapse

We are posting this video of a community meeting in Butte Creek Canyon as a public service. This meeting was held on August 24th, 2023 to provide a public forum on the landslide and ensuing water pollution caused when a PG&E canal spilled out of its channel in Butte Creek Canyon. What a polite and respectful meeting. I'm taking a few points back to our own watershed Conn Creek, in Napa County.

Living in Mendocino County, I feel right at home with this meeting, LOL. Mendocino County banned the use of herbicides for roadside weed abatement, so Caltrans and the County has to use mechanical means (mowers and trimmers).
